The UQ central OH&S division is based at the St Lucia campus that promotes Occupational Health and Safety within the University of Queensland and seeks to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and national standards. The campus also has OH&S personnel based in Gatton and St Lucia, who facilitate UQ’s OH&S management system within the Faculty of Science, School of Agriculture and Food Sciences, School of Veterinary Science, Property and Facilities, and the Office of the Director, Gatton Campus. The UQ Gatton Campus Biosecurity Advisory Committee is a sub-committee of the UQ Gatton Occupational Health & Safety Committee. The Chair of the Committee is a member of the UQ Gatton Occupational Health & Safety Committee and the UQ Institutional Biosafety Committee (UQ IBC). Biosecurity is about managing animal and plant health and the risks and impacts of animal and plant pests and diseases, weeds, pest animals, marine pests, and contaminants. The purpose of the Biosecurity Management Plan is to provide information to staff, students, and visitors of The University of Queensland Gatton Campus on Biosecurity and the procedures to follow to comply with the Queensland Biosecurity Act 2014 (The Act) and the Queensland Biosecurity Regulation 2016 (The Regulation).

    Alexandria University

    Alexandria University is a public research university in Alexandria, Egypt.
