- E.U.C. is the primary postgraduate dental foundation to offer global training programs in the United Arab Emirates and the MENA area. E.U.C.'s global and "Western-trained" workforce originated from renowned Universities and Research Centers in the U.S.A., Sweden, England, France, and the U.A.E., among others. Staff recruitment criteria depend on their ability as educators, clinicians, and specialists, and most are known around the world. Since the establishment of E.U.C., we have run a broad scope of postgraduate programs over various dental specializations. With a particular focus on translational research, postgraduate education, and preparation, we offer an extensive variety of study prospects: master's degrees, specialty training, certificates, diplomas, and C.P.D. Courses. These excellent instructive programs incorporate the most recent research and utilize imaginative ways to deal with learning, which is, for the most part, in little groups. We invite international students. There is a worldwide pool of global students from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Our residents need to meet specific theoretical, clinical, and research prerequisites keeping in mind the end goal to meet our global academic necessities and patient care norms. E.U.C. has been instrumental in upgrading the clinical capacity of our graduates. We offer up to date facilities, most recent trends and treatment methods, and remarkably handle profoundly complex dental cases inside the U.A.E. Accreditation Every educational program at E.U.C. is licensed by the U.A.E. Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the Commission for Academic Accreditation. This is the authority to permit non-government educational establishments to award degrees and other scholastic awards. Accreditation by the Ministry is a seal of affirmation of top-notch education, parallel with worldwide scholastic guidelines conveyed at E.U.C. E.U.C. is allied with two of Sweden's top academic foundations, Malmo and Gothenburg Universities. The advanced preparing program in Orthodontics is offered in a joint effort with Malmo University, Sweden. The educational modules for the specialist training program in Orthodontics portrayed for the E.U.C. and MUFO in joint effort follow the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (SOSFS 1993:4). As a result, E.U.C. Orthodontics Graduates get the Malmo University Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics. In this regard, alumni of these training programs will have an indistinguishable ability from dental practitioners finishing the specialist training program in Sweden. This guarantees that E.U.C. graduates can utilize their professional certifications in different parts of the world. E.U.C. plans to amplify coordinated effort and bilateral agreements with other International Institutions to design and use all its degree preparing programs. Moreover, E.U.C. is a member of The International Association of Universities, the UNESCO based global partnerships of advanced education establishments. This confirms that the elevated expectations of Euro-Western training are kept up at E.U.C... At the same time, in the meantime, the legitimacy and validity of our programs in postgraduate dentistry are ceaselessly upgraded.
- RAKMHSU is the First Comprehensive Health Science University in UAE under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and Supreme Council Member, United Arab Emirates, who is also the Chancellor of the University. With the continued unstinted support from His Highness, RAKMHSU is marching forward as per its Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives. Now, RAKMHSU is wholly owned and managed by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah. Further, all the programs have been fully accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation under the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research. RAKMHSU is known for its sincere and transparent administration, focusing on professionalism. From the humble beginning with 22 students, RAKMHSU has grown remarkably well, having 1300 plus students from 48 different Nationalities. Same way, RAKMHSU is proud of having 109 Teaching Faculty, 113 Adjunct Faculty, and 96 Non-teaching Staff hailing from 26 different countries. RAKMHSU has become a role model of synergy and cooperation among the students and faculty of different nationalities and religions, pursuing a commitment to their respective professional careers. The continued significant contribution from our committed faculty has helped RAKMHSU immensely in improving the academic standards. RAKMHSU is proud to maintain a Student-Teacher Ratio at 7:1, which is more than an ideal situation. One of the happiest moments for RAKMHSU was the First Convocation in 2010, which saw 19 Medical and 48 Nursing students getting their degrees from the hands of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi. It is also a matter of pride for RAKMHSU for being able to be the first in UAE to start two year Masters Programs in Nursing and Pharmacy. Now, in addition to the MS in Adult Health Nursing (MSN), MS in Clinical Pharmacy, we also have MS in Pediatric Nursing, MS in Community Health Nursing, MS in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing, MS in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, MS in Pharmaceutics and Pharm.D, programs after due accreditation. It is also heartening to see our Nursing and Pharmacy Graduates getting placements in different hospitals and industries immediately after graduation. It is also satisfying to note that our students have done well in some of the external qualifying examinations and have done well in both Dubai Health Care and Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) Examinations. RAKMHSU continues to improve the teaching-learning, including clinical teaching. It is noteworthy to mention that more than 40% of our students are recipients of merit scholarships from either Sheikh Saqr foundation for Excellence or through other Government and NGO organizations. Further, most of our students who participate in various conferences both within RAKMHSU and outside receive several awards, including Sports awards. Looking at the progress made in the last nine years, RAKMHSU continued to focus on student satisfaction. It is very gratifying to see that the ratings based on the IRO feedback have seen a consistent improvement from as low as 2.50 out of 5 – to – 4.51 out of 5 in the different services like Academic Advising, Admissions, Examinations, Student Services, Finance & HR, IT facilities, Library, and other services. With the University Management System's implementation, the University's functioning has been made simple, fast, and more effective. Nothing can be more satisfying to the University when we know that our students, who are the end-users, understand the facilities available and utilize them properly. In this connection, I appreciate the efforts of the Institutional Research Office (IRO), who is working very hard to collect and analyze the data very systematically, and all other offices of the University and the four Constituent Colleges. Thanks to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RAKMHSU and the Ministry of Health (MOH), our students get hands-on clinical experience in both Sheikh Saqr and Obaidulla Hospitals in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah hospital. Commissioning of the Geriatric hospital with 140 beds has added to the comprehensiveness of the clinical teaching. Further, the Clinical teaching for medical students has been strengthened by the addition of 10 Core Clinical Faculty. The Ministry of Health also Sponsors UAE Nationals for the Nursing Program, both for Undergraduate and Masters. Also, several processes of examinations have been streamlined. The Vetting Committees for both MCQs and PBLs are making earnest attempts to improve the Quality of both and their uniform implementation across all colleges. The Office is conducting examinations for more than 130 courses each semester across four constituent colleges in a very systematic way. Our students' meticulous hard work resulted in an overall pass percentage of over 95%, with more than 26% obtaining excellent or outstanding grades. Starting from the year 2010, the University has instituted a system of academic honors for students with excellent academic achievements. In addition to the celebration of UAE National Day, RAKMHSU Cultural Day and the Student Scientific Conference were some of the highlights of student activities every year. It is very gratifying to note students' high participation in both Oral and Poster Presentations at the Conference. In addition to the academic achievements, our students excel in several co-curricular and extracurricular activities, including the sports activities within and outside RAKMHSU, bringing laurels to the University. The Office of Student Affairs is to be commended to initiate all the activities and manage a high level of student involvement. RAKMHSU was quite fortunate to be the host for several dignitaries who visited RAKMHSU on several occasions. To mention a few, Dr. Lauren Arnold, Advisor to Health Minister, UAE Dr. Fathima al Rifai, Secretary, NMC, UAE Mr. Richard Mottershead, Senior Lecturer, Glyndon University Dr. Mohammed Shein, President, Zanzibar (Tanzania) Dr. Mariam Matar, Chairman, UAE Genetic Diseases Association Dr. Satish Chandra, Research Director & Head, Clinical Research, Tawam Hospital, Al-Ain Dr. Udupa, Principal, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal, India Dr. Jey Pillai, Clinical Pharmacist, St. Rose Hospital, Siena Campus, US Dr. Fadil Citaku, CEO, Academy of Leadership Sciences, Switzerland Prof. Francisco J. Gutierrez, Laureate Education Inc Delegation from the New York State Education Department, US Flemish Delegation Salford University and Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital. RAKMHSU conducts several CME programs with the help of faculty. Many delegates attend the CMEs, and it was a nice feeling for us to receive accolades from everybody for the facilities and the way CMEs were organized. RAKMHSU wholeheartedly thanks the Ministry of Health, Adjunct Clinical faculty, and other NGOs like AKMG to close cooperation in organizing these CMEs. The CME Programs on "Cardiology Update," which hosted more than 600 delegates, "World Hypertension Day" 2nd RAKCON Scientific Nursing Conference "Making a Difference: Strengthening Nursing Education, Practice and Research for Quality Patient Care," were the other CMEs organized by RAKMHSU.

- Sinai University was established refereeing to the presidential decree number 363 for the year 2005 in accordance to provisions of law number 101 the year 1992 regarding the private Universities, which was replaced by law number 12 the year 2009 regarding the private and civil Universities and its executive regulations issued by the presidential decree number 302 for the year 2010. The significance of establishing a university, including research centers, especially in the North of Sinai, is not only due to the lack of such universities in this area but also to the particular importance of having a world-class education to support the economic development of the region and to tie the Egyptian economy to the changes and transformation of the international economic system in the 21st century. Specialized high institutes are also needed; hence many countries tended to set up more universities, academies, institutes, and cities. The idea is to increase the flexibility in different economic sectors by securing a base of specialists who constitute the real starting point for economic growth. This fact does not negate the risk of establishing this University in Sinai, which represents a real challenge for national participation in this region's development. The University aspires to be one of the pioneering Universities from local, regional, and international perspectives, introducing educational and research specific services for the local and regional community. We intend to provide our students with the best education practical experience from beginning to end, with smart, sophisticated equipment to deliver glowing, well-educated graduates. Sinai University has two campuses; our main campus is in El Kantara East town in Ismalia Govern ate the other is in Al-Arish inside Sama Village and the beautiful, bizarre sea view, the capital of North Sinai. Hence our students will have time for learning and education and will lead a life surrounded by a charming nature. They will be self-independent in formulating their personality. They will actively participate in all academic and recreational facilities, including faculty academic buildings, students' hostels, central library, gymnasium, coffee shops, swimming pools, and horseback riding. Being involved in extracurricular activities can be a valuable addition to your academic achievements. SU has many student clubs and committees, making your university experience balanced, exciting, and rewarding. There are no limits to our ambitions, and our goal is to make SU an open invitation to peace and a center for academic excellence hence leading a massive developmental movement to Sinai and effectively achieving our National Project's goal to relocate three million Egyptians into a whole new dawn of civilization in Sinai by the year 2017. Sinai University shall fulfill its role in achieving balance to the other side of the equation. The human factor- building the type of graduate that opens up to the latest scientific trends yet maintains their roots and traditions. Sinai's treasures of raw material and vast fertile land- combined with its geographical ingenuity as a global trading center in the Middle East's heart and overlooking the Mediterranean and the Suez Canal lure numerous scientists to attempt to create a tremendous industrial and agricultural revolution. Sinai has witnessed, since the dawn of history, only the wheels of wars and the weapons of destruction is in dire need of a development engine to contribute to reformulating and restructuring life upon this virgin land. With its own distinguished and specialized nature, Sinai University has emerged that made it different in its perception and profile from the traditional academic concepts and policies. Universities have a critical and essential role in national history. California State knew the development path only through a university. Alborg University was the seed for an evolution that enabled such a small spot in the far south of Denmark to be one of those big industrial cities among developed countries. Our primary goal is to provide a high-caliber technical workforce for the future. Our programs offer a balance of practical skills, solid theory, and computer technology, which will allow you to obtain new knowledge and skills when pursuing your career. It is an essential goal of our programs to help you become independent learners. By the time you take your graduation project in the fifth year, you will be expected to manage your time and use all the knowledge you acquired in previous years. In addition to our departments, we have several social and sport extracurricular activities. Our students receive advising support from the faculty members and through the Academic Advising Programs supported by the university administration and guided by the unifying principles of learning, discovery, and community needs.

- The formation of a British University in Egypt arose from a 1998 Memorandum of Cooperation between the UK and the Egyptian Governments. It was envisaged that such an institution would produce UK standards for critical sectors of the Egyptian economy, particularly in engineering, computer science, and business studies. In 2004, with strong support from the British Embassy and the British Council, a Presidential decree was issued establishing the British University in Egypt. The university campus's initial phase was already under construction, and the University welcomed its first cohort (only 200 students) of undergraduate students in September 2005. The University campus was chosen to be located in El Sherouk, one of the new residential and commercial cities in Egypt on the outskirts of Cairo. The BUE program of Basic and Applied Psychology offers students comprehensive specializations that incorporate basic and applied practices. This includes an awareness of regional and international media context, cultural sensitivity, exposure to international communication perspectives, and familiarity with ethical and managerial frameworks. Vision To become the leading broad-spectrum teaching and research university in the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) offering a British ethos of higher education with a range of UK partners and other global partners providing internationally recognized quality degrees that develop the knowledge and skills to help our students shape and lead their countries. Mission: To promote cultural, economic, social, and technological development by creating and disseminating new knowledge via research and capable graduates, educated to the best UK academic standards, who are independent learners. Vigorous research activities and postgraduate programs complement the outstanding undergraduate education offered at BUE. The challenges in these areas are enormous, and BUE has gained recognition in research and postgraduate education, both in Egypt and abroad. The multidisciplinary Master's Programmes offered in advanced technology areas, such as renewable energy, advanced materials, sustainability, and web science, are among the first to start in Egypt. These programs are supported by advanced research in many thrust areas, which attract external funding and result in publications in top peer-reviewed journals. Research clusters and focus groups at BUE operate through several research centers. This research environment on the BUE campus also opens opportunities for the students to participate in research projects and explore new ideas first hand alongside the professors and researchers. Additionally, BUE research activities have opened strong collaborations with international universities and research centers and the industry in Egypt.

- As the third Egyptian University, Ain Shams University was founded in July 1950 under the name of "Ibrahim Pasha University." It participated with the two earlier universities, "Cairo University" (Fua'd the 1st ) and "Alexandria University" (Farouk the 1st), in fulfilling the message of universities and meeting the increasing demand of youth for higher education. When it was first established, Ain Shams University comprised several distinguished faculties and academic institutes, which were later developed into University. After the revolution of the 23 rd of July 1952, it was suggested that Egyptian universities be given names that were strongly linked with the roots and historical landmarks of the country. Thus on 21 st of February 1954, the name of the University was changed to "Heliopolis," and then changed in the same year to its present name "Ain Shams," the Arabic for "Heliopolis," or "On," which was the oldest University in history. "On" University was established about 5000 years ago, and it had a wide fame as a center of knowledge and learning, especially in astronomy, engineering, and medicine. Perhaps a perfect example of "On" teachers' knowledge and skill is Imhotep, the chief priest, minister, and architect. They, in 2700 B.C., designed the first large structure of stone known in history, Zoser's Step Pyramid in Sakkara. Westcar Papyrus also states that the founder of the Fifth Dynasty was the Rector of "On" University before ascending the throne. However, the most important achievement of "On" University was the call for worshipping a single deity, the solar disk of Aton, at the hands of Akhenaton, who was influenced by the ideas of "On" priests. The University is now located in the Zaafaran Palace area, built during the regime of Khedive Ismail. The Palace was so named because the area surrounding it was famous for saffron (in Arabic Zaafaran) plantations. The Palace was used to host the Egyptian University administration offices when it was established in 1925. It was used by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (as a guest house) for accommodating important visitors. The Palace also witnessed the signing of the 1936 Treaty between Egypt and Great Britain. Finally, in 1952, it came to be used as the administrative headquarters of Ain Shams University. Being a major scientific and cultural institution, Ain Shams University is fully aware of these challenges. It is confident that it has - with other Egyptian Universities - a problematic challenging responsibility for creating the generation. In 1973 the faculty of Al-Alsun was made the tenth member in the University. However, the history of this faculty dates back to 1835. In 1994, a decree was issued to establish two more faculties, the faculty of Pharmacy and the faculty of Dentistry; the actual study was started the following year in both faculties. In the same year, it was decided to establish the faculty of Computers and Information Sciences, and the study started the following year. The last faculty to join the University is the faculty of Specific Education, in 1998. Faculty of Nursing was established in 1980, and the Institute of Childhood Postgraduates Studies was established in 1981. The establishment of the Institute of Environmental Research and Studies was in 1982. Ain Shams University comprises seven campuses, all of which are situated in Great Cairo. The university administration, faculties of Arts, Law, and Science are all located on the main campus, El-khalifa El Mamoon Street, Abbasi. The faculties of Commerce, Al-Alsun (languages), Pharmacy, Dentistry, Computer and Information Sciences, Institute of Postgraduate Childhood and Institute of Environmental Studies and Research, and the specialized Hospital are located on the second campus on the other side of the street above. Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Nursing and the university hospitals are located on another campus at Abassia. Faculties of Engineering, Specific Education, Education, Women, and Agriculture are located on a separate campus in Abbasi, Heliopolis, and Shoubra El-Kheema. Our mission is to Integrate a culture of total quality and continuous improvement in the educational process and research. Enrich the theoretical knowledge and applied the following ethical standards, social and cultural life of society. Spreading the culture and ethics of scientific research. Strengthen cooperation between the University and other universities, scientific research centers locally, regionally, and globally. Development of educational programs in light of the standards of local, regional, and global levels. Strengthening continuing education and distance education. Activating the centers and units of an unusual nature to provide research and advisory services to the community.

Egypt is a traditional leader in the Middle East in the field of higher medical education. In recent years, and due to the admission of increasingly large numbers in the governmental universities, Egypt’s leading status was seriously threatened. Some primary and decisive factors in the proper teaching and training of the undergraduates in the medical field are the efficient knowledge deliverance and the close interaction between the student and the teacher. Physical therapy is a vital form of professional patient care that can be applied in most medical disciplines. It is the newest and yet the oldest field of medical practice. It is the newest because it has come to be recognized as an integral part of regular medical care in the past seventy years. However, it is the oldest because physical agents have been used in the treatment of diseases or injuries for thousands of years. The goal of the College of Physical Therapy is to provide the society with therapists who are adequately prepared by a carefully-planned educational program to serve, today and in the future in such capacities, as providers care for patients suffering from temporary or permanent disabilities resulting from musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neurological, gynecological and pediatric disorders. The College of Engineering was established in1996 to serve Egypt, the Arab countries, and the region by preparing the graduates to carry out their responsibilities, considering our heritage in an industrialized world with a significant number of challenging problems. The college of engineering is working hard to develop professional engineers who can responsibly lead the economic development towards society and the environment. Hence, an engineering graduate is well suited to help in achieving his country’s goals. Our engineering graduates are also suited to work in cross-cultural environments, as many international companies have a presence in Egypt and the region. The Faculty of Foreign Languages and Translation has nine academic departments: English Department, French Department, German Department, Italian Department, Spanish Department, Turkish Department, Chinese Department, Japanese Department, and Arabic Department. The English Department has recently inaugurated a Graduate Studies Programme in literature, linguistics, and translation. Each department is equipped with staff members who have vast expertise in teaching and the practical field of translation. The faculty departments endorse the promise that to learn another language is to step into another world. Moreover, the faculty departments advocate inclusive and interdisciplinary scholarships that develop innovative models for the study and assimilation of languages and literature. College of Applied Medical Sciences seeks excellence through educational programs that reflect recent trends in allied health sciences and contribute to the continuing development of the allied health profession by placing the student at the center of attention, where the student could be an influential and effective participant in the educational process, able to self-learning, having self-esteem, thinking critically, competent in providing high-quality health care, and contribute with their knowledge and scientific research in the service activities of the environment and the community. The Department of Ancient Egyptian Antiquities aims to prepare specialists in the field of ancient Egyptian archeology capable of exploring and accompanying Egyptian and foreign missions with knowledge of Egyptology and its various branches and modern techniques in museum presentation, archaeological excavations, use of modern technologies and knowledge of scientific development in the field of Egyptology. The Department of Islamic Archeology aims to prepare a specialist of Islamic heritage throughout the Islamic world. It can read texts and inscriptions, able to work in the field of museums and archaeological excavations, as well as a background in the history of art, which qualifies him to advanced studies in one of the previous fields consistent with International standards recognized and required for the graduate in this specialization. The Department of Archeology of the Arabian Peninsula is interested in the effects of the North, Central and South Arabian Peninsula and the interest of the archaeological sites and the cultural and civilizational heritage of the Arabian Peninsula and the graduation of specialized cadres at the technical and professional level in the field of exploration and studies of the Arabian Peninsula and the graduation of cadres specialized in the development of museums in the Arabian Peninsula. While the Department of Restoration and Conservation of Antiquities to prepare a specialist for the restoration of monuments and preservation of heritage and cultural holdings and maintenance of museum collections and warehouses and fossils holdings by international standards recognized and required for the graduate in this specialty.
