In 1975, the Faculty of Education in Fayoum was established as one of the faculties affiliated to Cairo University. Faculty of Agriculture followed in 1976. After that, the Faculty of Engineering was established in 1981. In 1983, a presidential decree was issued declaring the Fayoum branch as an independent Cairo University branch. Finally, the Fayoum people's dream came true by issuing the presidential decree N. 84 dated in 2005 to establish Fayoum University. Then, the presidential decree N.193 dated in 2005 was issued to establish faculties of Medicine and Archeology. Both decrees were crowned with the appointment of Prof. Galal M. Said as a president of Fayoum University. Now, the University includes 13 faculties Education, Agriculture, Engineering, Social Work, Arabic, and Islamic Studies, Sciences, Tourism and Hotels, Specific Education, Archeology, Medicine, Arts, Computers and Information, Kindergarten as the Technical Institute for Nursing. The University also includes 1800 faculty members and their assistants teaching 25,000 students. Faculty of Agriculture aims to educate and train its students efficiently to assume high-level executive and scientific positions in and outside Egypt. Students are prepared through coactive efforts made by an elite of world-famous professors and teaching staff members. With its old history as it is one of the oldest faculties of Agriculture all over Egypt, the Faculty of Agriculture, Fayoum University, has a deep-rooted scientific base. Moreover, it always seeks development as well as responding to the age requirements in different agricultural fields. The study began in the Horticulture department in the academic year 1976/1977. At first, the courses and subjects given were affiliated with Plant Production Department until 1983/1984, which witnessed the setting up of a department of orchards. This department was committed to studying all the courses and subjects related to orchards such as (Fruit – Vegetables – Aromatic and Medicinal Plants). Once the faculty new bylaw issued on January 4th, 1990, a branch affiliated with Orchards Department was constructed. The students who pass the second year are enrolled in the third year. To obtain the B.Sc. in agricultural sciences, orchards program, the student has to study 25 courses (83 units) during the third and fourth years. The first group of this department graduated in 1993/1994. The number of graduates has become 134 until now. For the postgraduate studies, which have begun in 1981/1982, there are 20 courses for the fruit, ten courses for the vegetables, and 11 courses for the ornamental, aromatic, and medicinal plants. The M.Sc. and Ph.D. registered students study one of the three branches above. Food science and technology are defined as applying science and engineering to the processing, preservation, packaging, distribution, and utilization of foods. The objectives of food science and technology are to elucidate the chemical, physical and microbiological properties of foods and to apply this knowledge to the efficient utilization of raw ingredients for economic development and improvement of processes and packaging, leading to products of high quality and nutritional value, as well as provide training and support for the food industry. Mansoura University was founded in 1972 in Mansoura city, Egypt. Mansoura is located in the middle of the Nile Delta in Egypt. In 1961, the study was divided into two phases. The first one was for three years. At its end, the student got a diploma from high industrial institutes. After passing the first phase, the student could enroll in the second phase to get a bachelor's degree in engineering after five years. In 1974 the republic decree No (542) in 74 was issued to turn the high industrial institute in Mansoura into faculty of engineering, and the duration of the study was five years. As the third Egyptian University, Ain Shams University was founded in July 1950 under the name of "Ibrahim Pasha University." It participated with the two earlier universities, "Cairo University" (Fua'd the 1st ) and "Alexandria University" (Farouk the 1st), in fulfilling the message of universities and meeting the increasing demand of youth for higher education. When it was first established, Ain Shams University comprised several distinguished faculties and academic institutes, which were later developed into University. After the revolution of the 23 rd of July 1952, it was suggested that Egyptian universities be given names that were strongly linked with the roots and historical landmarks of the country. Thus on 21 st of February 1954, the name of the University was changed to "Heliopolis," and then changed in the same year to its present name "Ain Shams," the Arabic for "Heliopolis," or "On," which was the oldest University in history. "On" University was established about 5000 years ago, and it had a wide fame as a center of knowledge and learning, especially in astronomy, engineering, and medicine. Perhaps a perfect example of "On" teachers' knowledge and skill is Imhotep, the chief priest, minister, and architect. They, in 2700 B.C., designed the first large structure of stone known in history, Zoser's Step Pyramid in Sakkara. Westcar Papyrus also states that the founder of the Fifth Dynasty was the Rector of "On" University before ascending the throne. However, the most important achievement of "On" University was the call for worshipping a single deity, the solar disk of Aton, at the hands of Akhenaton, who was influenced by the ideas of "On" priests. The University is now located in the Zaafaran Palace area, built during the regime of Khedive Ismail. The Palace was so named because the area surrounding it was famous for saffron (in Arabic Zaafaran) plantations. The Palace was used to host the Egyptian University administration offices when it was established in 1925. It was used by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (as a guest house) for accommodating important visitors. The Palace also witnessed the signing of the 1936 Treaty between Egypt and Great Britain. Finally, in 1952, it came to be used as the administrative headquarters of Ain Shams University. Being a major scientific and cultural institution, Ain Shams University is fully aware of these challenges. It is confident that it has - with other Egyptian Universities - a problematic challenging responsibility for creating the generation. In 1973 the faculty of Al-Alsun was made the tenth member in the University. However, the history of this faculty dates back to 1835. In 1994, a decree was issued to establish two more faculties, the faculty of Pharmacy and the faculty of Dentistry; the actual study was started the following year in both faculties. In the same year, it was decided to establish the faculty of Computers and Information Sciences, and the study started the following year. The last faculty to join the University is the faculty of Specific Education, in 1998. Faculty of Nursing was established in 1980, and the Institute of Childhood Postgraduates Studies was established in 1981. The establishment of the Institute of Environmental Research and Studies was in 1982. Ain Shams University comprises seven campuses, all of which are situated in Great Cairo. The university administration, faculties of Arts, Law, and Science are all located on the main campus, El-khalifa El Mamoon Street, Abbasi. Being the oldest medical school in Upper Egypt, AUFOM serves as Upper Egypt largest academic health complex that combines medical education, biomedical research, patient care, and community outreach services. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine one of the most prominent faculties at Assuit University, and it has been established by Ministerial Decision No. 828 in 1961. The study started in the 1961/1962 academic year, with hard work and distinguished service techniques. The Faculty of Physical Education was established in 1980 as the first Faculty for physical Education in Upper Egypt to prepare qualified graduates specialized in academic knowledge and training to serve citizens in the cultural and physical education institutions. Relying on its talented human resources and facilities, the Faculty offers distinctive academic programs. It is similarly distinct by its graduate programs and environment and community service. Faculty of Commerce, Assiut University is an educational and research institution specializing in accounting, business administration, economics, insurance, and Political Sciences. It offers a variety of programs and courses of study and advanced training in such fields. The Faculty aims at providing opportunities for scientific research, graduate studies, and continuous education for students in Egypt and the Arab world. There are several places of tourist attractions in Assiut Governorate. These essential tourist sites are the ancient graves and tombs of Mir rock, Badari archaeological sites, Al Muharraq Monastery at al Qusyia, the Monastery of Virgin Mary, and some ancient mosques and churches belonging to ancient times. Of relatively modern attractions are the Assiut barrages, Khan Khalili Factory, Al Azhar University, and Environmental Timber Fair. There are two libraries in the Faculty, one on the second floor for the students and the other on the 6th floor for staff members and their assistants. They are located in the administrative building. Both libraries contain about 23960 books in different pharmaceutical branches. The postgraduate library contains about 1680 thesis (Master and Ph.D.) in pharmaceutical sciences. About 83 journals and periodicals in pharmaceutical sciences are present in the postgraduate library. It is considered one of the biggest libraries in the University. It is supplied with a computer search system, micro-fishes, CD Rom, copy machines, and printing system.

Menofia University (MU) was founded in 1976. It started with four faculties with nearly 9500 students, 214 staff members, and 372 assisting members. It has steadily and remarkably developed to be one of the largest universities in Egypt. Today the University includes 22 faculties & institutes with about 80000 students and 3500 teaching staff members. The University has two campuses. The main cam­pus is located in the city of Shebin EL-koum, the cap­ital of Menofia Governorate, which is 75 Km from Cairo. The University's so other branch has been recently established following the presidential decree No 267, for the year 2006. It is located in Sadat City, 60 Km from Sheb in EL-Toum, and 90 Km from Cairo. Contributing to building the academic and moral structure of people and developing both the local and national societies by providing the specialized knowledge and skill, particularly those that are related to the rural and new industrial communities, through high quality educational, research, and societal services that can help the University to achieve a competitive advantage at the national, regional and international levels. The study began in the College of Agriculture, in its current location in Shebin El Koum in October 1942 institute high- Agricultural, then the Royal Decree No. (92) in August 1950, the establishment of the University of Ibrahim Pasha, the Great, which included making the Higher Institute of Agricultural she bin Koum nucleus of the Faculty of Agriculture that the University, which changed its name in 1954 to the University of Ain Shams, and in the same year, the college moved to Cairo. The re-establishment of the Higher Institute Agricultural same building she bins Koum in 1958, affiliated to the Ministry of Education, and in 1969 turned Institute into another college of agriculture subsidiary of Ain Shams University, then a subsidiary of Zagazig University in 1974, then Tanta University in 1975, and finally to Menoufia University in 1976. The study was the college over its modern history for four years ending obtaining a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences ( agricultural production year), so in 1980, to enter the Specialized التشعيب system in 1978, 1979 in addition to the General Agricultural Division. The establishment of Kuwait University began by issuing an Amiri decree in 1966 No. 29/1966. On the seventeenth of January 2005, a Royal Decree was issued to establish Tafila Technical University as a public university that currently contributes to higher education in Jordan. Since then, the university has sought to realize the objectives for which it was established. On top of these objectives are the reinforcement of spiritual and moral values, national pride, Arab Islamic identity, and the development of students' talents, emphasizing the qualities of leadership and citizenship. The ways to realize these objectives include offering higher education opportunities, disseminating knowledge about the constructive role of Arab-Islamic civilization in the progress of human civilizations, and meeting the communal need for specialists in science and technology arts. Having a qualified generation would help our country encounter contemporary and future challenges in various fields of life. The university also encourages scientific research, sets findings into practice, and uses modern technologies for the overall development of Jordan. Tafila Technical University has seven colleges: Engineering, Science, Business, Education, Arts, Student Affairs, and scientific research and graduate studies. The number of university students at the beginning of 2016 has reached approximately six thousand students spread over different programs: Bachelor program, two-year intermediate diploma program, higher diploma program, and master program. The number of faculty members has recently reached (237), whereas the administrative staff amounted to (631). Another merit of TTU is the small number of its enrolled students. The total number of enrolled students is similar to many reputed American universities such as Harvard and Princeton. This makes it feasible to communicate with students, provide them with educational and recreational activities, supervise their extracurricular activities, train them in the fields of their specializations, and enhance communication between students and their professors. An additional merit of TTU is that students whose grade point average (GPA) in the General Secondary Certificate is below the minimum average for admission in other public universities can apply for diploma programs. If students get the minimum GPA for admission in Shamel or the comprehensive exam, they can transfer to bachelor programs. Zarqa University (ZU) was founded in 1994 in a strategic location to the east of Zarqa City, just six kilometers away, to be the first private University in Zarqa Governorate, with an area that reached three hundred and fifty acres. The University aims at going in parallel lines with the objectives and the strategies of public and private Jordanian universities. It also supports the Jordanian higher education system's different goals and meets the scientific, social, economic, cultural, and human needs. The University started with six colleges that comprised one hundred and fifty students enrolled in twenty majors. In 2017/2018, the number of students has increased to reach about eight thousand students distributed on thirteen colleges, including seven humanities faculties and six scientific faculties. The Royal Decree to establish the Hashemite University was issued on 19th June 1991. Teaching at the university started on 16th September 1995 on a total area of 8519 acres. It is oriented toward achieving an academic pioneering position and excellence in university teaching, scientific research, at both the national and regional levels, to serve society through its educational functions and participate in the advancement of knowledge. Also, the Department offers supported courses for undergraduate students. Department of Computer Science and Applications aims to graduates specialists in the Information Technology field who are qualified to deal with the market requirements by including the basic sciences and programming skills in the curriculum, also, to encourage the students to be self-dependent, self-learning, working in teams and participating in the specialized training courses in information technology. The economics department shows a high level of academic, research, and social achievements. It also aims at more ascent and variety in its academic programs and activities. The Department of mathematics provides training in the core skills of a wide range of professions. The Department has an excellent reputation for quality teaching, research, and outstanding outreach to departments and the community. The Community and Mental Health Nursing Department are one of three central departments in the Faculty of Nursing at the Hashemite University. The Department contributes to the undergraduate nursing program and the Master in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Program, which was started in the 2009/2010 academic year. At the undergraduate level nursing program, many theoretical and clinical nursing courses are offered by the Community and Mental Health Nursing Department. Isra University was established in 1991 in compliance with the decree 357 of the Jordanian Higher Education Council in 1989. Through its progress, the University has obtained general accreditation since 1991 with a capacity of 1320 students. Currently, this capacity has mounted to 7750 students. The University is located on the road of Queen Alia International Airport. Its faculties, constructions, and facilities lie on three square kilometers at Al-Tanib district, South of Amman. The University awards Bachelor Degree in 25 specializations and Master Degrees in 9 specializations, which are: law, Pharmacy, Management of Engineering Projects, Accounting, Software Engineering, and Kindergarten, affiliated with eight faculties. These specializations are recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, authorized by the accreditation board of higher education institutions in Jordan, and granted many accreditation and appreciation certificates by national and international institutions. Twenty groups have so far graduated, amounting to more than 20000 students. The University is a member of the Association of Arab Universities, Assembly of Private higher education institutions in Arab countries, Arab Assembly for Training University students, International Association of Universities, and International Association of Training and Development organizations. The University follows the credit hour system in the teaching process. Attendance of lectures and laboratory work are obligatory student absence should not exceed 15 percent of the total hours required for each course. To get a Bachelor's Degree from faculties of Arts, Administrative and Financial Sciences, Educational Sciences, Information Technology, and Nursing. An undergraduate student should complete 132 credit hours and 141 credit hours in the Faculty of Law, with a cumulative average not less than 60 percent. In the Faculties of Pharmacy and Engineering, an undergraduate student should complete 160 credit hours with a cumulative average of less than 60 percent. To get a Master's Degree in relevant specializations, a postgraduate student should complete 33 credit hours with a cumulative average of not less than 75 percent in both programs: research-based program and teaching program. The University has recently created various centers: a center for child rights, a center for developing staff members, and a center for electronic learning (E-learning). To enhance the educational process, a center for consultations and continuing education, a Community service center, computer center, and deanship of student's affairs, deanship of evening studies, and deanship of academic research and higher studies were created. The University also has scholarship programs to send students to Arab and international universities to get doctoral degrees in many fields. A selected number of instructors were sent on scholarships to Arab and international universities .some have already obtained PhDs in various distinguished fields and joined Isra university staff members.

Yarmouk University (YU) was established in June 1976 by a Royal Decree. Yarmouk University has developed steadily into one of the largest and most prestigious state-supported educational institutions in Jordan. We currently have 27850 students, 936 faculty members, and 1740 administrative and technical staff spread over 13 faculties that offer 56 bachelor degree programs, 63 master degree programs, and 19 Ph.D. programs in various specializations. We also have 11 centers for research and career development. The University has carved a unique niche for itself in northern Jordan through the diversity of its programs, which aim to strike a fair balance between the humanities on the one hand and science and engineering specializations on the other.
