The Universidad Azteca (also known as Universidad Azteca de Chalco) is a private university in Chalco, Mexico in a community in Mexico State in the greater Mexico City area. Universidad Azteca is a private university with recognition of the Official Validity of Studies awarded by the Federal Secretary of Education (RVOE), accredited by the Federal Ministry of Education of the Republic and recognized by the Federal Government to provide higher education and award graduate and postgraduate university degrees. According to the Mexican Higher Education Laws, Universidad Azteca is authorized to offer study programs and award degrees with RVOE and offer autonomous programs and award academic degrees of the university. The study areas with RVOE (accreditation) are Administration Informatics; Architecture; Business Administration; Education Sciences; International Commerce; Law; Pedagogics; Psychology; Public Accounting. The University awards undergraduate Bachelor, graduate Master, postgraduate Master and Doctoral degrees in international programs in accordance with the Bologna Process and issues a Diploma Supplement. Universidad Azteca International Network System is the university extension, collaborating with other universities globally and branch campus facilities in Austria, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, India.

The First Daughters of Charity: Crisologa Navarro, Ignacia Ostolazas, Juana Morga, Rita Delome, Antonia Novoa and Sales Montoya arrived in the Bicol Region to establish the Escuela – Colegio Diocesano de Sta. Isabel upon the request of Lord Don Fray Francisco Gainza, OP, Bishop of Nueva Caceres the imperial benefactress, Queen Isabela II of Spain. On 11 January 1872 a Royal Decree elevated the Colegio de Sta. Isabel to Escuela Normal de Maestras. Research activity in USI is centered in the Colleges and its various Units, which include the College of Health Education, College of Business Education, Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Teacher Education, Social Work and Music, Research and Development Center, Human Resource and Development Office, Office of the VP for Student Development Services, Office of the Director for Academic Services, and the Office of the University Community Extension Services. The mission of the RDC is to serve the broad research community of The Universidad de Sta. Isabel, a community that is instrumental in meeting the strategic aims of the University, which are described in the University's Expanded Operational Plan. The aim is to expand and strengthen the University's commitment to research, scholarship, and creative activity to sustain and extend the knowledge base, enrich the teaching and learning environment, and enhance economic development in the community, region, nation, and eventually across the world. It also aims to increase USI's competitiveness for merit-based grants and contracts in support of science and technology research from various funding agencies. The President Scholarship is categorized into Full President Scholarship, Half President Scholarship, and President Service Grant. These are all awarded upon the University President's discretion to deserving students who belong to the socially disadvantaged sector to recognize their outstanding academic performance and unique talents and the areas of arts, music, sports, graphics, computer animations, leadership, community service, and the like. Qualified applicants are required to submit a written application and a written recommendation from a teacher, adviser, moderator, dean, administrator, or principal. Academic scholarship is a full or half tuition fee discount granted to financially disadvantaged but academically competent students who meet the College's specific criteria. This applies only for students taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Bachelor in Elementary Education, Bachelor in Secondary Education, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science in Social Work, and Bachelor of Music. This scholarship is good for four years for as long as the student can maintain the academic grade requirements set by the College. The St. Louise de Marillac Grant of the Daughters of Charity provides educational assistance to deserving young people who are academically capable yet financially handicapped. The grantees are expected to help the University through varied works they will be asked to render as part of their total formation. A special grant is awarded to one graduate from any Daughter of Charity School per the School Head's recommendation. The grantee must belong to a low-income family that must be academically competent with a general weighted average grade of 85 or above and with no grade below 80 in any subject during his fourth year in high school. St. Elizabeth of Hungary scholarship is granted to Universidad de Sta. Isabel Basic Education Department Graduates only. A full scholarship is awarded to the Top Ten of a graduating batch, and half scholarship is granted to the next Top Ten of the said graduating batch. Close to this, twenty (20%) percent discount on tuition fees is given to all graduates. The said grant no longer covers an excess in the regular number of years required to finish the course. Mother Seton Hospital was established in Panganiban Drive, Naga City. In 1991, the hospital transferred to its present location at Roxas Avenue, Naga City. Mother Seton Hospital continues to provide quality health care to Nagueños and Bikolanos. Colegio de Sta. Isabel Annex was established on July 11, 1966, in Pili, Camarines Sur, through the request of the Parish Priest, Msgr. Bonifacio Boaqueña, with the assistance of Sister Imelda Espiritu, D.C., Mother Superior of CSI. The school became independent on June 18, 1971, and was recognized as St. Catherine Laboure School, which later was renamed as St. Louise de Marillac School of Pili in 1999. Colegio de Sta. Isabel is granted its University Status. It acquired the name Universidad de Sta. Isabel. Mother Seton Hospital is merged with Universidad de Sta. Isabel is making it to the university hospital. USI is the only University in the Archdiocese of Caceres offering courses in Health Services which operates its hospital. The Integration of St. Louise de Marillac School of Pili (formerly St. Catherine Laboure School) with the Universidad de Sta. Isabel, as a campus, started to take shape. The three institutions of the Daughters of Charity in the Archdiocese of Caceres consolidate into one organizational entity under the name of Universidad de Sta. Isabel.

From a population of about two hundred in the first year, today, the campus is home to about seven hundred students. Zamboanga A.E. Colleges was given ISO accreditation last December 2, 2002. It was the first ISO 9000:2001 Certified Higher Education Institution in Western Mindanao, and it was recently elevated to ISO 9001:2008 Certification. April 11, 2005, marks this institution's glorious event as the CHED Manila granted the most expected university status. The university was given a new name—UNIVERSIDAD DE ZAMBOANGA.

The Universidad Anáhuac was founded in 1964 as a fundamental part of the educational project of the Congregation of the Legionaries of Christ with the primary objective of raising the human and social condition of the men and women of Mexico through the student formation. The Universidad Anáhuac México Norte began its activities in 1964, in a house located in Lomas Virreyes, with only 48 students in two majors: Business Administration and Economics. Under the presidency of Fr. Faustino Pardo L.C., it opened in the following years: Psychology and Human Sciences in 1965, and Architecture and Law in 1966. Simultaneously, and thanks to the support of distinguished Mexican visionary men and business people, the new facilities in Lomas Anáhuac began. The year 1968 was especially significant; not only did the first generation of Anáhuac alumni graduated, but the new campus was also inaugurated on June 4. Based on those years of effort and confidence in the future, the University was consolidated, which is today recognized as one of the most prestigious private higher education institutions. In 1981, the Government of the Republic recognized the quality of the Anáhuac by granting it the Right of Autonomy and Official Validity of Studies. That same year, to consolidate our Institution in the southern area of Mexico City, the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur was born, the first step in creating the Anáhuac Universities Network. The Universidad Anáhuac México Sur began classes with Business Administration, Tourism Administration, Graphic Design, Industrial Engineering, and Industrial Relations. The Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon was officially founded in 1933. However, its origins are older with Law, Medicine and Pharmacy, Escuela Normal, and Colegio Civil, which were established before that time. These were critical principles for the institution's foundation, which took place on September 25th, 1933, with 1,862 students and 218 professors. At its inception, this university's name was Universidad de Nuevo Leon, now U.A.N.L. stands for Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. The Maximum Academic Institution in the State originally consisted of the Schools of Law and Social Sciences, Medicine, Engineering, Chemistry, and Pharmacy, along with Escuela Normal, Escuela Industrial "Alvaro Obregón," Technical High School "Pablo Livas," Industrial High School of Women Labors "Pablo Livas," and the School of Nursery and Obstetrics. To educate high school students, technicians, professionals, university professors, and researchers to perform efficiently in a knowledge-based society with a broad sense of the meaning of life and awareness of regional, national and global issues. Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon was officially established on September 25th, 1933, by a vote of the Honorable Congress of Nuevo Leon. Furthermore, 42 undergraduate programs and 16 graduate programs hold international accreditation. In 2018, our athletes accomplished great things: U.A.N.L. won the National University Championships for the fourteenth year in a row, earning 143 medals. The Autenticos Tigres major and youth league football teams conquered their respective O.N.E.F.A. categories. In contrast, the intermediate league team took the prize for the seventh consecutive year in the same championship. The U.A.N.L. Integrated Library System gives access to a collection of 2,011,455 books and 45 databases using 37 library units.

Founded by two distinguished Mexicans: Don Rodolfo Sandoval Álvarez and Dr. José Sierra Flores, who inspired by innovative ideas in higher education, decided to install a University committed to the training of professionals with a high level of preparation, critical and ethical values, to contribute to the development and well-being of the community. The Universidad del Noreste started his educational work with the careers of the health sciences area. UPAEP was born in 1973 as a project of Puebla's society. It was first led by a group of young people who decided to make a difference and undertake a new project that could favor freedom and university autonomy. As such, he represents the UPV in all sorts of official acts and transactions. He is responsible for the University's government and management, develops the lines of action previously approved by the collegiate bodies, and carries out their agreements. The Rector is also responsible for all competencies not expressly conferred on other government bodies. To adapt successfully, it seems essential that what is needed is a mediated and tiered reorientation of our capabilities towards the necessities of tomorrow. The Universitat Politècnica de València is an institution with the capacity to take the lead in these changes and the meeting of the demands which face us, characteristics which underline its excellent value but which also mean the adoption of specific organizational and functional processes, all of which justified the need to draw up a new Strategic Plan, as a tool for the management of the institution, the definition of lines of action, and to support decision-making. Planning guarantees flexibility in the face of change, a guarantee of coherent evolution, both for our internal operations and equally to ask society what we consider fair for the University. If we are to request the role coherently the University deserves to play and the treatment it must receive, it requires that each of its members puts in the day-to-day effort to do an excellent job to the best of our abilities. The 2015-2020 Strategic Plan was drawn up in two phases: firstly, the mission, vision, and shared values of the university community, which must characterize our institution, were specified secondly, a strategy concerning the basis of the challenges and projects was defined, duly accompanied by the deadlines and timescales and by a framework of responsibility and indicators connected to its accomplishment, all of this to ensure that it is in line with the corresponding annual budget. It is conceived with a philosophy of continual review. It is a dynamic document which will be revised each year and which specifies the schedule of activities for each year, given that both the institution and the society it serves are immersed in a permanent process of change, which will no doubt alter the current circumstances in which the Plan was developed. Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV) is a private, non-profit Catholic university located in metropolitan Madrid, Spain. It was founded in 1993 as an affiliate of Universidad Complutense de Madrid and achieved full accreditation in 2001. Since then, it has become a fast-growing, international institution of higher education with a student body of over 3.500 undergraduates and 1.500 postgraduates. The University of Zaragoza is the main center of technological innovation in the Ebro Valley. It has great prestige among the Spanish and European universities it has relations with. Through the Vice-Rectorship for Internationalization and Cooperation, the University of Zaragoza participates in various exchange programs, collaborating with universities and research centers from Europe, Latin America, and the USA, thereby strengthening its international standing. The University Library functions as a support unit for teaching and research. It comprises all of the bibliographic, documentary, and audiovisual collections acquired by the University’s institutes and services, those acquired as bequests, donations, exchanges, and those purchased for the University by other entities. The Community of Aragon is one of the seventeen autonomous communities comprising the Spanish state. It includes the provinces of Huesca, Teruel, and Zaragoza, with 739 municipalities (202 in Huesca, 236 in Teruel, and 291 in Zaragoza). Obtaining credits for a subject or course implies having passed the corresponding exams and is expressed as a numerical grading in the student’s academic file. The percentage distribution of these marks of all the students enrolled in the same course for each academic year. The grades obtained by the students are expressed according to the following numerical scale from 0 to 10, to which the corresponding qualitative grades may be added: From 0 to 4.9: Fail (SS) From 5.0 to 6.9: Pass (AP) From 7.0 to 8.9: Pass with Merit (NT) From 9.0 to 10: Pass with Distinction (SB) The “Honor Registration” (Matrícula de Honor) may be obtained when the student has achieved a mark equal to or greater than 9. The number of “Honor Registration” may not exceed five percent of the students enrolled in the course or subject in a single academic year, except when the number of students is less than 20, in which case no more than one “Honor Registration” may be awarded. The credits obtained in recognition of extracurricular activities will not be graded numerically or taken into account for the average of the student’s academic file. The following formula is used to calculate the average of the student’s academic file: The sum of the credits obtained by the student, each multiplied by the value of the corresponding marks, divided by the total number of credits obtained by the student.
