Now, in addition to the MS in Adult Health Nursing (MSN), MS in Clinical Pharmacy, we also have MS in Pediatric Nursing, MS in Community Health Nursing, MS in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing, MS in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, MS in Pharmaceutics and Pharm.D, programs after due accreditation. It is also heartening to see our Nursing and Pharmacy Graduates getting placements in different hospitals and industries immediately after graduation. It is also satisfying to note that our students have done well in some of the external qualifying examinations and have done well in both Dubai Health Care and Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) Examinations. RAKMHSU continues to improve the teaching-learning, including clinical teaching. It is noteworthy to mention that more than 40% of our students are recipients of merit scholarships from either Sheikh Saqr foundation for Excellence or through other Government and NGO organizations. Further, most of our students who participate in various conferences both within RAKMHSU and outside receive several awards, including Sports awards. Looking at the progress made in the last nine years, RAKMHSU continued to focus on student satisfaction. It is very gratifying to see that the ratings based on the IRO feedback have seen a consistent improvement from as low as 2.50 out of 5 – to – 4.51 out of 5 in the different services like Academic Advising, Admissions, Examinations, Student Services, Finance & HR, IT facilities, Library, and other services. With the University Management System's implementation, the University's functioning has been made simple, fast, and more effective. Nothing can be more satisfying to the University when we know that our students, who are the end-users, understand the facilities available and utilize them properly. In this connection, I appreciate the efforts of the Institutional Research Office (IRO), who is working very hard to collect and analyze the data very systematically, and all other offices of the University and the four Constituent Colleges. Thanks to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RAKMHSU and the Ministry of Health (MOH), our students get hands-on clinical experience in both Sheikh Saqr and Obaidulla Hospitals in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah hospital. Commissioning of the Geriatric hospital with 140 beds has added to the comprehensiveness of the clinical teaching. Further, the Clinical teaching for medical students has been strengthened by the addition of 10 Core Clinical Faculty. The Ministry of Health also Sponsors UAE Nationals for the Nursing Program, both for Undergraduate and Masters. Also, several processes of examinations have been streamlined. The Vetting Committees for both MCQs and PBLs are making earnest attempts to improve the Quality of both and their uniform implementation across all colleges. The Office is conducting examinations for more than 130 courses each semester across four constituent colleges in a very systematic way. Our students' meticulous hard work resulted in an overall pass percentage of over 95%, with more than 26% obtaining excellent or outstanding grades. Starting from the year 2010, the University has instituted a system of academic honors for students with excellent academic achievements. In addition to the celebration of UAE National Day, RAKMHSU Cultural Day and the Student Scientific Conference were some of the highlights of student activities every year. It is very gratifying to note students' high participation in both Oral and Poster Presentations at the Conference. In addition to the academic achievements, our students excel in several co-curricular and extracurricular activities, including the sports activities within and outside RAKMHSU, bringing laurels to the University. RAKMHSU conducts several CME programs with the help of faculty. Many delegates attend the CMEs, and it was a nice feeling for us to receive accolades from everybody for the facilities and the way CMEs were organized. RAKMHSU wholeheartedly thanks the Ministry of Health, Adjunct Clinical faculty, and other NGOs like AKMG to close cooperation in organizing these CMEs. The CME Programs on "Cardiology Update," which hosted more than 600 delegates, "World Hypertension Day" 2nd RAKCON Scientific Nursing Conference "Making a Difference: Strengthening Nursing Education, Practice and Research for Quality Patient Care," were the other CMEs organized by RAKMHSU.

The Lille 2 University of Health and Law (French: Université Lille II) is a French university for health, sports, management, and law. It is located in Lille, Campus Lille II Droit Santé. The University of Lille II inherits from the Faculty of Law established as the Université de Douai in 1562. Today, sciences and technologies are taught in an independent campus of Université de Lille I - USTL, while literature and social sciences are taught as part of the independent campus of Université de Lille III - Charles de Gaulle. Altogether, the Lille universities include more than 90,000 students and are the core parts of the European Doctoral College Lille-Nord-Pas de Calais that includes 3,000 Ph.D. University research laboratories support doctorate students. Since 1970, the main campus of University de Lille II is situated in Ronchin, in Lille's southern part.

Since the year 1800, several healthcare schools and medical courses have been operating in Tallinn, where midwives, nurses, and doctor's assistants have been trained. Continual training for health care specialties started in 1940 when the Nurses' School was opened. After consolidation with the Assistant Physicians' school, the Tallinn Medical Secondary School was established. October 16th, 1940, is considered to be the official birthday of our College. In 1943 due to World War II, the School of Assistant Physicians and Midwifery was temporarily transferred to Tambov, Russia. But in 1944, the school continued working in Estonia in the former building of the Nursing School in Tallinn, Pärnu road 104. In 1945 the school was renamed the Tallinn Republican Medical Secondary School. The school offered study programs in five specialties: assistant physician, midwife, assistant pharmacist, dental technician, and nurse. On September 2nd, 1946, 11 assistant physician-midwives, one assistant physician, and 20 nurses graduated. From December 7th, 1964, the school was renamed the Tallinn Medical School - the school's name up to 2005. During the 70 years of the school's existence, professional education has been provided in 11 health care specialties according to the Estonian labor market's needs. Since 1992, the admission of students is accepted only based on secondary education. In 1996, nurses' training at the level of higher vocational education started; during the following years, the same level was achieved in a midwife, pharmacist, and dental technician specialties. In 1998, the training for a new specialty - optometrist - was launched. Two more professional higher education curricula were opened during the next years - occupational therapist and radiology technician. In cooperation with the Estonian Nurses Union (now the Estonian Nurses Association) and the Ministry of Social Affairs, the advanced study course for nurses was started in 1998, advanced studies for midwives and dental technicians followed in 2002. In the autumn of 2002, all the curricula were corrected and approved by the Ministry of Education and Research as the professional higher education curricula. During the academic year 2003/2004, nurse assistants' training at the level of secondary vocational education was started again. From 2005, the school was reorganized into an applied higher education institution and renamed Tallinn Health College. The title of our College changed slightly in February 2009; now it is Tallinn Health Care College. Today, the College provides professional higher education in eight fields. Currently, nurses and health nurses, midwives, dental technicians, optometrists, assistant pharmacists, occupational therapists, and health promotion specialists are underway. The number of students has continuously increased. Currently, more than 1200 students are taught in the College. Tallinn Health Care College has actively been participating in international cooperation and education programs; we have cooperation in Lifelong Learning Programmes Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Nordplus, Tempus, Interreg, etc. One of the most popular programs is the Erasmus program in which the participation of students and staff is very active in our College. The hard work in this project has also provided plenty of achievements, one of them being the silver medal in Erasmus teacher exchange from 2008, which we consider an essential milestone in our College's history. The College shall provide professional higher education, vocational education and training, and in-service training. Student workload in professional higher education studies for persons with vocational education in the same profession shall be 120 ECTS credits. Professional higher education studies shall end with defending a final paper or taking a final examination (according to curricula). A student who has completed a professional higher education curriculum shall receive a diploma of professional higher education and diploma supplements in the Estonian and English languages.

The University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan, as an educational institution for the training of qualified occupational physicians and the promotion of occupational health, was established in 1978 under the enactment of the Industrial Safety and Health Act in 1972 for the securement of occupational physicians experienced in occupational health management. By this act, every company over a particular scale is obliged to appoint a physician for managing the healthcare of its workers. The purpose for which the university was established is twofold. The other is to contribute to promoting the medical, nursing, and healthcare sciences relevant to the working environment and workers' health and developing medical professionals in these fields. Based on the education, research, and medical examinations relating to general medicine, our university promotes education and research that mostly pertains to occupational medicine and occupational healthcare and produces many excellent occupational health physicians and related healthcare professionals in society. At the same time, we advance research in related fields and assume a central role in the local people's healthcare. With technological innovation, information technology, and globalization in modern society, employment formats have become diversified, and working conditions and environments are experiencing dramatic changes. Research fields in medical and life sciences are becoming increasingly specialized and compartmentalized, and along with those changes, research environments are also changing significantly. The Shared-Use Research Center includes highly-functional and advanced scientific instrumentation and various technical equipment types, such as an anechoic chamber and an artificial climate chamber for use in experiments in unique environments. As a research facility for shared-use, the center is designed to be of use not only for education and research in the field of occupational and environmental health but also in increasingly diverse research.

Yamagata Prefectural University of Health Sciences (YPUHS) was initially founded in 1954 as Yamagata Prefectural Advanced Nursing School. In April 1997, the nursing school was reorganized to a 3-years system college for health professions, including registered nurses, public health nurses, midwives, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. The college was then expanded as a university of 4-years system consisting of the Department of Nursing, the Department of Physical Therapy, and the Department of Occupational Therapy in April 2000. A Graduate School of Health Sciences was also established in 2004. We will provide broad-based education, whole-hearted humanity, a high degree of expertise, and technical skill. Since then, the Center has been working to tackle mental and physical health issues through consultations with pediatricians, psychiatrists, nurses, clinical psychologists, social workers, and childcare specialists. This program started in April 2006; all parents and children who can visit the Center are welcome to attend. Sessions are held from Monday to Thursday, twice a month on alternate weeks from 10:30 to 12:00. They are divided into five or six groups of parents with pre-kindergarten children aged 0 to 3. At these sessions, parents and children enjoy seasonal songs, exercises, and creative activities, as well as sharing a lunch box before going home. During the lunch break, a selected professional such as a psychologist, pediatrician, family health specialist, childcare specialist, or a mental health and welfare specialist will deliver a concise lecture related to their specialty, after which parents can follow up with questions or other inquiries about child-rearing issues among others. This program is one of the core activities of the Center. It has been shown that mothers who have participated in this Parent and Child Classroom have experienced, among other benefits, a significant mood improvement. Our three undergraduate schools and one graduate school respond to the needs of the times. Approaching sport and physical education from various perspectives, the School of Health and Sport Sciences strives to produce specialists in these fields. With an emphasis on health, the School of Health and Welfare Sciences combines welfare and sport. The School of Education strives to produce educators who can ensure the healthy growth and intellectual development of our children, who hold society's future in their hands. The Graduate School of Sport and Exercise Sciences cultivates human resources with a broad perspective and high level of knowledge to respond to the advancement and diversification of physical education and sports science. With a deeper grasp of sport, health, welfare, and education, a reinvigorated Osaka University of Health and Sport Sciences will, through the combined efforts of our three undergraduate schools and graduate school, devise courses to suit the times.
