On 17th June 1988, His Highness Sheik Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman issued an Emiri Decree founding Ajman University. The College's primary batch of students was registered on fifteenth September that year. In 1997, and by temperance of Ministry of Higher Education and Research Decree No. 54 of 1997, AUCST had its initial name change to Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST). On seventeenth October 2016, the AUST Board of Trustees declared, at a meeting led by His Highness Sheik Humaid Al Nuaimi, that Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) be renamed Ajman University (AU). Yarmouk University (YU) was established in June 1976 by a Royal Decree. Yarmouk University has developed steadily into one of the largest and most prestigious state-supported educational institutions in Jordan. We currently have 27850 students, 936 faculty members, and 1740 administrative and technical staff spread over 13 faculties that offer 56 bachelor degree programs, 63 master degree programs, and 19 Ph.D. programs in various specializations. Zarqa University (ZU) was founded in 1994 in a strategic location to the east of Zarqa City, just six kilometers away, to be the first private University in Zarqa Governorate, with an area that reached three hundred and fifty acres. The University aims at going in parallel lines with the objectives and the strategies of public and private Jordanian universities. Department of finance and financial institutions (FFI) is to enable our students, graduate, and undergraduates, to be key contributors in all the fields of financial management. Department of Management And Marketing is to direct, develop, and deliver quality teaching, research, and service activities toward developing and enhancing students' abilities. Thus, utilizing resources in identifying, assembling, and coordinating the skills to create and foster an institutional culture that helps students participate in enhancing economic wealth within ethical and societal boundaries. The primary commitment of the faculty is to provide excellent undergraduate teaching. In supporting the mission of Kuwait University College of Business Administration, our program contributes to expertise in developing the basics of leadership, enhancing the ethical understanding while engaging in businesses, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and small business administration, government and society, strategic management, international business, and strategic management. In addition to the latter, the program is aimed at graduating competent students that play a significant role in enhancing the areas of markets, products, and services, distribution, promotion, and pricing. Students should thus be capable of achieving their goals and meeting the needs and wants of employers, customers, and society. The Public Administration program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become productive and efficient leaders in both the public and private sectors. The program revolves around making students capable of understanding, functioning, and succeeding in the dynamic environment in which organizations operate. Primary skills emphasized in the program include, but not limited to, leadership, volunteerism, critical thinking, problem-solving, and policy analysis. Emphasis is also placed on decision-making processes within the various forces that exist in society. The program recognizes that students require a holistic understanding of the theories underpinning public and business administration.
