Looking at the progress made in the last nine years, RAKMHSU continued to focus on student satisfaction. It is very gratifying to see that the ratings based on the IRO feedback have seen a consistent improvement from as low as 2.50 out of 5 – to – 4.51 out of 5 in the different services like Academic Advising, Admissions, Examinations, Student Services, Finance & HR, IT facilities, Library, and other services. With the University Management System's implementation, the University's functioning has been made simple, fast, and more effective. Nothing can be more satisfying to the University when we know that our students, who are the end-users, understand the facilities available and utilize them properly. In this connection, I appreciate the efforts of the Institutional Research Office (IRO), who is working very hard to collect and analyze the data very systematically, and all other offices of the University and the four Constituent Colleges. Thanks to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RAKMHSU and the Ministry of Health (MOH), our students get hands-on clinical experience in both Sheikh Saqr and Obaidulla Hospitals in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah hospital. Commissioning of the Geriatric hospital with 140 beds has added to the comprehensiveness of the clinical teaching. Further, the Clinical teaching for medical students has been strengthened by the addition of 10 Core Clinical Faculty. The Ministry of Health also Sponsors UAE Nationals for the Nursing Program, both for Undergraduate and Masters. Also, several processes of examinations have been streamlined. The Vetting Committees for both MCQs and PBLs are making earnest attempts to improve the Quality of both and their uniform implementation across all colleges. The Office is conducting examinations for more than 130 courses each semester across four constituent colleges in a very systematic way. Our students' meticulous hard work resulted in an overall pass percentage of over 95%, with more than 26% obtaining excellent or outstanding grades. Starting from the year 2010, the University has instituted a system of academic honors for students with excellent academic achievements. In addition to the celebration of UAE National Day, RAKMHSU Cultural Day and the Student Scientific Conference were some of the highlights of student activities every year. It is very gratifying to note students' high participation in both Oral and Poster Presentations at the Conference. RAKMHSU wholeheartedly thanks the Ministry of Health, Adjunct Clinical faculty, and other NGOs like AKMG to close cooperation in organizing these CMEs. The CME Programs on "Cardiology Update," which hosted more than 600 delegates, "World Hypertension Day" 2nd RAKCON Scientific Nursing Conference "Making a Difference: Strengthening Nursing Education, Practice and Research for Quality Patient Care," were the other CMEs organized by RAKMHSU.

From 1930 till 1934, Kyiv Institute of Agronomy, Kyiv Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture, Kyiv Ag Engineering Institute of Sugar Industry and Ag Economics Institute had been formed and begun their activity there. These institutes were later reorganized into independent research institutes and faculties. Kyiv Forestry Institute began its history in 1840 from the Faculty of Forestry of the Institute of Agriculture and Forestry in Mariemont (Poland) which moved to the city Novoaleksandria (now Pulavy) in 1862. After the beginning of the 1st World War (1914), the Novoaleksandrian Institute of Agriculture and Forestry was transferred to Kharkiv, and in 1921 it became Kharkiv Institute of Agriculture and Forestry. In 1930 the Forestry faculty of Kharkiv Agrarian Institute was united with the Forest Engineering faculty of Kyiv Agrarian Institute. As a result, Ukrainian Forest Technical Institute appeared and was reorganized into Kyiv Forestry Institute the same year. In 1954 Kyiv Agricultural Institute was united with Ukrainian Forestry Institute into the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (UAA). Between 1956 and 1962 UAA was the educational department of Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural sciences. In 1957 Kyiv Veterinarian Institute was added to its structure. Kyiv Veterinarian Institute begins its history with the Veterinarian faculty of KPI (1920) which was transformed into the independent institution of higher education – Kyiv Veterinarian and Stock-breeding Institute from which Kyiv Veterinarian Institute separated in 1930. Since 1962 UAA had become subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture of the USSR. In 1982, the Academy's subsidiary in Vinnytsya was founded, and in 1991 it became the independent institution (now Vinnytsya State Agrarian University). During the years 1985-1990 UAA had been helping in and coordinating the activities aimed for creating an agricultural institute in the city of Pnom-Penh (Cambodia). Based on UAA National Agrarian University was founded in August 1992. According to the Decree of the Verkhovna Rada (the Parliament) of Ukraine, №158 made on July 29, 1994; it received the status of National. Since that time, it has been named National Agrarian University and following the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 387 made on June 1, 1995, it is under the applicable rule of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Accordingly to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 1996, #448 and of May 29, 1997, #526 Nizhyn (Chernigiv region) and Berezhany (Ternopil region) Agrotechnical Colleges, Irpin Economic Technical School, Boyarka, Nemishaevo (Kyiv region) and Zalischyky (Ternopil region) Agricultural Technical Schools were included into the structure of NAUU. Their rights of legal persons are saved. In 1999 due to accreditation results Irpin and Nemishaevo Technical Schools were granted status "College" and in 2002 Nizhyn and Berezhany Colleges received the status "Institute". Accordingly to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.07.2004 № 517-р., joint Order of Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine and National Agricultural University of 18.08.2004 р. № 304/377 the Southern Branch "Crimean Agrotechnological University" of National Agricultural University was created (via. Agrarne, Simferopol, AR Crimea) as the structural subdivision with the individual rights of the legal person. It was established based on Crimean State Agrotechnological University that is being liquidated together with its structural subdivisions (Order of Labour Red Flag Agroindustrial College, Bahchysaray Branch Order of Labour Red Flag Agroindustrial College, Prybrezhnensk Technical School, and Technical School of Hydromelioration and Mechanization of Agriculture). According to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 7.12.2005 №497 «About reorganization of Bobrovick National agro-economic Technical School,» Bobrovick National Agro-economic Technical School added to the National Agrarian University. The Edict of the President of Ukraine # 1338 signed on December 14, 2000, under the title "The point of National Agricultural University" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine # 202 made on March 1 "About National Agricultural University" gave NAU the status of state self-governed (autonomous) institution of higher education and several other commissions. According to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.10.2003, № 584 in the structure of National Agrarian University was established Ukrainian laboratory of quality and agriculture safety. According to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.02.2007, № 47 "About reorganization of Mukachevskiy State Agricultural College" Mukachevskiy State Agricultural College was incorporated to the National Agrarian University. According to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.08.2008, № 742 was formed Ukrainian educational-science institute of information and telecommunication support of agro-industrial and environmental branch of economics as a separate unit of the National Agrarian University. For widening of educational, research and innovation activities of the National Agrarian University to meet the needs of the agro-industrial, environmental and other branches of economics, as well as the need to adapt these activities to the requirements of international organizations of research Universities according to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on October 30, 2008, № 945 National Agrarian University renamed to the National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine (NUBiP). The foundation of Erzincan University is laid upon Erzincan Vocational School, and Erzincan School of Education ( former Institute of Education ), which were first constituted in 1976, depending on the Ministry of Education joined Atatürk University upon the decree-law No.41. The architectural department was led by J. P. Habersang, who taught the subject art of construction. His scientific concept included the application of mathematical and natural sciences. The establishment of the architecture degree program at HTWK Leipzig two centuries later, fortunately, brought a full circle. Due to the architect Albert Geutebrück, the Royal-Saxonian School of Building Trades Leipzig was built on 13 July 1838. The first director and municipal architect were Geutebrück himself, who intended to push education into a scientific direction. The drafts and buildings of the employed professors can still be recognized in modern Leipzig. Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences goes back to the "Großherzogliche Badische Baugewerkeschule" (The Grand Duchy of Baden College of Building) founded in 1878. In 1919 it was renamed "Badische Höhere Technische Lehranstalt (Staatstechnikum)" (Baden Higher Technical School – State College of Technology). The "Staatstechnikum" then became a formative concept beyond Baden. After World War II, the stormy period of technical development saw the foundation of numerous state and private technical schools. This led to misunderstandings and mix-ups of their concepts, mainly when students were evaluated abroad. So the college was again renamed in 1963 to "Staatliche Ingenieurschule Karlsruhe" (State Engineering School). The problem of recognition and equivalence in engineering education in the European Community in the early 70s was a main driving force for establishing universities of applied sciences. On 1 October 1971, the "Staatliche Ingenieurschule Karlsruhe" became the "Fachhochschule Karlsruhe" (Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences), with approx. 1,500 students. In 2011 the Leibniz-FH (University of Applied Sciences) emerged from the Leibniz Academy, College of Cooperative Education . Consequently our institution has been in existence since the year 1920. Nowadays the Leibniz-FH offers integrated degree courses as well as part-time Bachelor or Masters degree courses in Business and Business Informatics. The Leibniz-FH is a young, vibrant, teaching and learning university. The Leibniz-FH works continuously on the development of teaching and research, to ensure sustainable and attractive study courses. The Leibniz-FH places social competence as well as individual professional development at the heart of its activities. Therefore as part of the LFH’s philosophy, consideration is given to the compatibility of family and work or study, to gender issues and to the personal circumstances of all members of the university’s community. The distinguishing features of the integrated degree courses at the Expo Plaza include small groups with a maximum of 35 students, direct one-to-one access to professors, and a high exchange of theory and practice through autonomus student-led projects. These core competencies were also incorporated into non-integrated degree courses and in the Autumn of 2011 a six semester full-time Bachelor of Arts degree course in Business Administration was launched .This full-time course is aimed at school leavers who wish to study with a strong focus on practical application without a specified business partner. In 2012 a new course explicitly aimed at working professionals was created at the Leibniz University of Applied Sciences. Two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Business Informatics as well as a Masters degree in Integrated Business Management were set up part-time, with content organizationally aligned to specific professional requirements. Fachhochschule Luebeck (FH Luebeck, Luebeck University of Applied Sciences) is an institution of higher education focusing on technology, natural sciences, economy, and civil engineering.
