Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) is a research university with the ambition to cultivate an academic environment and become a benchmark for the Egyptian and African countries in education. It was first established as a bilateral agreement project between the Egyptian and Japanese governments in May 2009, and later in 2010, it was ready to accept its first batch of students and make the dream a reality. Both governments have a healthy relationship where they both divide the cooperation cohesively to ensure positive results. The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) fully supports EJUST by sending their administrative and academic experts for assisting and guiding in the technical and management system of the university, as well as sending academic experts from the Japanese Supporting University Consortium (JSUC) to support in teaching, conduct join research and co-supervising the graduate students. In addition to providing high-level technology of machines, equipment, and tools for research purposes. The Egyptian government runs the university financially and is administered by Egyptian members for both the academic and administrative staff. All decisions that govern the university are made through its Board of Trustees (BOT) members, composed of 15 prominent figures from Egypt and Japan. They represent stakeholders from the government, academic, and industrial field from both countries. Vision: Status of national and international recognition. 2. The French University in Egypt is a non-profit private university, established in 2002 at Cairo in El-Sherouk city. It is composed of three faculties: Business, Engineering, and Applied Languages. Each faculty is composed of different departments. All the University's diplomas are in coordination with prestigious French universities like Paris III: Sorbonne University, the Nantes University, Haute Alsace (Mulhouse-Colmar) University, and the Corse University. A convention with Paris VI University concerning the engineering school was also signed. The University is located in El-Shorouk city, 37 km (23 mi) from Cairo's center. The University uses French (mainly), English, and Arabic languages in teaching, and its graduates can use these three languages in any work domain related to their specialization. The French University in Egypt was created in its present form by a presidential decree 26 on February 11, 2002. The French University of Egypt is a private institution of a scientific, cultural, and professional nature. It is governed by Law 101 of July 22, 1992, on creating private universities and The cooperation agreement dated March 28, 2003, between the University and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Contribute to raising the level of education and scientific research in Egypt to train professionals, experts, and researchers in the innovative scientific fields that society needs. To do so, to use the most modern methods and take advantage of the advances made in these fields by developed countries, particularly France. Strengthen academic, scientific, and cultural ties with French universities and scientific institutions with a view, particularly to the harmonization of university training courses with the French and European higher education systems. To do this, the University, taking inspiration from French and European academic standards in higher education and research, shall ensure the quality of the academic, technical, and administrative staff and the methods used. This quality requirement will relate to the selection of teachers and students, the definition of university courses, and the rules for the award of diplomas. The University is not a for-profit organization. Since its inception, the French University of Egypt has provided hundreds of high-quality graduates who have contributed to its development. Would that be enough? Surely not. A university without research can not have its place in the world ranking of universities. UFE, with its resources, faculty, and agreements with Egyptian and French universities, can undoubtedly create graduate programs in masters and doctorates. These centers can obtain the financial support of the governments and the companies of the two countries. On the other hand, as part of the francophone polo training in Egypt, the UFE can open its doors to international students, especially those from French-speaking African countries. This will contribute to Egyptian aid for the development of Africa. Library offers students the opportunity to learn and expand their field of knowledge beyond the courses taught. 3. The formation of a British University in Egypt arose from a 1998 Memorandum of Cooperation between the UK and the Egyptian Governments. It was envisaged that such an institution would produce UK standards for critical sectors of the Egyptian economy, particularly in engineering, computer science, and business studies. In 2004, with strong support from the British Embassy and the British Council, a Presidential decree was issued establishing the British University in Egypt. The university campus's initial phase was already under construction, and the University welcomed its first cohort (only 200 students) of undergraduate students in September 2005. The University campus was chosen to be located in El Sherouk, one of the new residential and commercial cities in Egypt on the outskirts of Cairo. During every step of our student's academic journey, we strive to provide the finest American educational instruction while cultivating a passion for learning, a capacity for critical thinking, and a sense of civic responsibility. A tradition of educational excellence drives our future. Our habit of instilling brave curiosity and diligent effort has enabled AISE to thrive as Cairo’s largest operating PreK-12 academic institution. This legacy is known far beyond Cairo, helping to affirm AISE as one of the best schools and its students as many of the best in the country, decade after decade. Our coursework, from Pre-Kindergarten through grade twelve, provides meaningful and challenging opportunities for both individual and collective achievement. We empower students with the desire and the means to reach their highest potential. We want students to be able to take a question that’s compelling in the world or their lives and have many tools with which to help them answer it. The conversation between student and teacher is the heart of our school all that we do must be born of and nourish that relationship. We are called to challenge the minds, excite the imaginations, and train the bodies of the students who have been entrusted to us to enlarge their desire for humankind’s common good and to increase their capacity for mutual and self-respect. We intend to prepare our students to learn confidently for the rest of their lives and to give generously and joyfully to others. We can accomplish these things only if we keep our students safe and well while they are in our care. We must ask our students what they believe in so they can know themselves in the world. We must give our students the tools of rigorous and passionate intellectual inquiry and self-expression so they can grow. In our commitment to diversity, we must show our students how to be colleagues and friends so they can act out of respect and love. We must show our students how to make healthy choices and have respect for their minds and bodies. We must lead them to distinguish right from wrong and then choose to do what is right so they can be persuasive and courageous citizens. As a school community with these purposes and responsibilities, we will engage the larger communities of city, nation, and world of which we are apart. We will serve our neighbors. We will live fully in our city, exploring its byways and playing over its terrain. We will learn its history and traditions, and what it can teach us about the arts and sciences. We will embody and celebrate its diversity. Educational Excellence, the terms of our motto, hard work, and moral excellence, are meant to strengthen us as we pursue the promise and joy of The American International School in Egypt. We ask AISE families, alumni, and friends to join us in taking on this high calling. In life and at school we are crew, not passengers. Students and teachers are strengthened by acts of consequential service to others and each other. One of AISE’s primary functions is to prepare students with the attitudes and skills to learn from and be of service. A direct and respectful relationship with the natural world refreshes the human spirit and teaches the important ideas of recurring cycles and cause and effect. Students learn to become stewards of the earth and future generations. We encourage you to become part of our AISE community and partner with us on our journey of educational excellence. Students at ISC-Cairo enjoy modern, purpose-built facilities featuring: Integrated Testing & Learning computerized testing facilities Science laboratories Computer laboratories Two-story libraries Art and music rooms Indoor swimming pools, one semi-Olympic-sized and another smaller one for the younger students Different playground areas for different age groups Tennis courts Athletics tracks Soccer pitches and other outdoor sports facilities Sports halls 600-seat theater Cafeteria At ISC-Cairo, we consider the school as a dynamic production team. Administrators, teachers, and students are all contributors to this team. Knowledge and ideas are the product of the team effort. Since students are the ones who benefit most directly from the product, they should be most concerned that the product is of high quality. Everyone in a SABIS® Network school has a job to do everyone is accountable. Administrators, students, and staff "self-audit" to discover and correct errors. It is teamwork that allows every team member to reach heights that would be more difficult to reach individually. The curriculum implemented at ISC-Cairo is specifically designed by SABIS® to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to develop a solid academic foundation. This foundation will help students achieve their full potential and develop a love of lifelong learning. All courses for students at all levels are structured to enable students and teachers to know precisely what should be learned. Teachers teach one concept at a time using the SABIS Point System® with each lesson alternating frequently between oral work, individual work, and group work in such a way that it is difficult for students to “switch off.” Students engage in regular assessment using exams that teachers do not see in advance. Everyone in the school is accountable. Accordingly, students learn more in class and have more time for relaxation and fun after school. All courses at ISC-Cairo are structured. A system of academic tracking - the SABIS® AMS, a computerized method of detecting gaps in knowledge - allows the administration to closely follow the progress of each individual. Gaps are pinpointed as soon as they form, and efforts are focused on eliminating them. Valuable time is saved and a gap-free, cohesive structure of knowledge is built in students' minds. Emphasizing a well-balanced body of knowledge, skills, and experiences, the curriculum at ISC-Cairo specifies daily learning goals at all grade levels. In an atmosphere that fosters the development of a lifelong love of learning, students learn how to study and are given the support they need to develop a solid academic foundation. Starting at Grade 1, our courses specify a minimum number of "units of information" that students need to learn. This minimum includes the simple concepts tested by the SABIS® AMS, as well as Basic Questions which test the material that "everyone should know." The comprehensive SABIS® curriculum allows ISC-Cairo students to achieve more with less effort. Each year, graduates from SABIS® Network schools around the world gain entry to highly competitive universities in the U.K., U.S.A., Canada, Europe, Australia, and the Middle and the Far East. SABIS® Network schools pride themselves on the performance of their students at the most prestigious universities in the world including Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, MIT, Princeton, and Stanford to name a few. Students that are introduced to versatile cultures not only learn how to understand and sympathize with them but also learn how to become tolerant towards people who differ in traditions, customs, and priorities in life. If human beings all over the world understood each other through cultural understanding this world would be a far much better place to live in. It is also worth mentioning that students who are introduced to versatile cultures have a better understanding of human nature and learn that there is more than one way to see the world and that they all correct if seen through their context. To meet all the above-mentioned demands of our present-day world, Victory College in Maadi has introduced The American International System of Education in which students will be introduced to the American culture and way of thinking while still maintaining their faith in their native one. The purpose of Victory American College is to educate children beyond expectations. We will accomplish this through a learning community of caring and competent educators who provide rigorous, quality instruction to all students. 13. Curriculum: IBDP Malvern College Egypt provides premium quality education. We understand that children develop at different speeds in many different areas, so we must work in partnership with our parents so that we support every child as they progress along their life journey of learning. Malvern College Egypt strives to be the leading independent co-educational day school of its scale and type in Egypt and seeks to develop happy, balanced individuals who will achieve personal fulfillment at university, at work, and in society at large. Our core business is learning. The board curriculum, complemented by an extensive sporting, musical, artistic, and dramatic co-curriculum and underpinned by a strong emphasis on pastoral care, encourages individuals to maximize their potential. Stimulated and challenged by the Malvern experience, we intend for our students more frequently to exceed expectations than simply to meet them. The emphasis on individual achievement has its counterpoint in our encouragement of teamwork, cooperation, and services to others. We believe it is important for our students to have a firm commitment to deep-rooted values, and to be flexible, pragmatic, and open to new ideas. We seek to be inclusive, respecting members of all nationalities, and promoting responsible and active citizenship. We aim to build self-discipline, self-confidence, and to develop communication and leadership skills in our students, who will emerge as lively, articulate young adults ready to contribute widely to the global community. Our restaurant provides healthy cooked meals using fresh produce. We have six fully equipped science laboratories, a three-story library and media center, and three dedicated music studios with six peripatetic music practice rooms. In April 2019 the College was given the authorization to offer the IB Diploma Programme by the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organisation) and now offers the IBDP to our pupils. MCE is academically selective and follows an enhanced form of the English National Curriculum, which has an excellent reputation worldwide. Our emphasis is on learning and how pupils learn, rather than just content. We place a great deal of importance on our pupils’ ability to work collectively, as well as independently, in developing their thinking. MCE places equal importance on intellectual, personal, and social development. We concentrate on four core areas throughout the college: academic excellence development of the performing arts, commitment to the sport, and engagement within our community. Performing arts will be at the heart of MCE. We intend to provide every pupil with the chance to perform in choirs, orchestras, in groups, as part of an ensemble, and individually as soloists. All can expect the appreciation and support of the college community. Involvement in sport offers tremendous opportunities to develop social and leadership skills, as well as naturally promoting fitness and a healthy lifestyle for our students. We will encourage our pupils to participate in the extensive range of sporting co-curricular activities on offer at MCE, whether it be competitive or recreational, for them to discover the enjoyment that comes from playing together as a team or participating in an event as an individual. Tournaments and fun sports days will take place regularly. We believe in the benefits of competitive sport where we play to win and give our all, but also learn to accept defeat with dignity and respect befitting a Malvern student. Our website clearly shows you the facilities at MCE which are designed to enhance your child’s learning experience. The school has also, in response to the ongoing issue of air pollution, installed a comprehensive air purification system to ensure the very best indoor air quality for our community. Additionally, our dining hall will serve organic produce to offer your child the healthiest environment possible. However, facilities, while important, are only a part of a school. It is the quality of the people, the teaching, and the support staff, which makes a school special. At MCE we are fortunate to have a highly skilled committed and friendly staff who will give their very best efforts for our children. All our teachers are well-qualified professionals who bring a depth of international knowledge with them. MCE is an exhilarating, vibrant and fun place to be. 14. Irish Nursery/School delivers cutting-edge programs, facilitated by a team of accomplished and trained professionals, utilizing the best and latest pedagogies and educational technologies always maintaining the highest standards. To be globally recognized for the provision of a high quality innovative program Each of our four schools has ample outdoor play areas (over 300 m2), adequate for climbing, running, playing games, using wheel toys, and various types of playground equipment. Classrooms are bright, airy, and cheerful emanating warmth and color and providing for a full range of educational activities. Our goal is to provide quality care and education, to create a stimulating, caring, and safe environment for all children, to work as partners with parents/carers in an open honest way, and to provide an atmosphere that makes the child and the parent/carer happy and comfortable. One of the biggest changes that have happened more recently is how amazingly many babies know from the time they are born so far from being a blank slate even the youngest of babies already seem to have some basic ideas about other people, about language, about the physical world around. As our society becomes even more technically and socially complex we cannot afford to continue to allow large numbers of children to miss out on the positive experiences they need in infancy and early childhood the costs in terms of lost intellectual potential and increased rates of emotional and behavioral problems are far too high. Now development in brain research shows us what children need. Our challenge at the Irish School Cairo is to ensure they get it. Education is the great engine of personal development. It is through education that the daughter of a peasant can become a doctor that the son of a mineworker can become the head of a mine, that the child of a farm worker can become the President of a great nation. It is what we make of what we have, not what we are given separates us from one another. EDUCATION IS THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON WHICH YOU CAN USE TO CHANGE THE WORLD. View full school

  18. 21. The BUE program of Basic and Applied Psychology offers students comprehensive specializations that incorporate basic and applied practices. This includes an awareness of regional and international media context, cultural sensitivity, exposure to international communication perspectives, and familiarity with ethical and managerial frameworks. Vision To become the leading broad-spectrum teaching and research university in the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) offering a British ethos of higher education with a range of UK partners and other global partners providing internationally recognized quality degrees that develop the knowledge and skills to help our students shape and lead their countries. Mission: To promote cultural, economic, social, and technological development by creating and disseminating new knowledge via research and capable graduates, educated to the best UK academic standards, who are independent learners. Vigorous research activities and postgraduate programs complement the outstanding undergraduate education offered at BUE. The challenges in these areas are enormous, and BUE has gained recognition in research and postgraduate education, both in Egypt and abroad. The multidisciplinary Master's Programmes offered in advanced technology areas, such as renewable energy, advanced materials, sustainability, and web science, are among the first to start in Egypt. These programs are supported by advanced research in many thrust areas, which attract external funding and result in publications in top peer-reviewed journals. Research clusters and focus groups at BUE operate through several research centers. This research environment on the BUE campus also opens opportunities for the students to participate in research projects and explore new ideas first hand alongside the professors and researchers.
