  5. The University was founded in 1991. Its founder is Nikolay Vasilyevich Susha, Grand Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, who is also the permanent rector of the University. During those and subsequent years, all conditions for training highly qualified specialists in economics, law, psychology, foreign languages, and information technologies were created in the University. Today, material resources and fully qualified faculty allow us to conduct teaching on a high qualitative level using the latest science and technology achievements. Minsk Innovation University was established in the times of restructuring when the country needed highly qualified experts able to influence positively on the economic, scientific, and social development of the Republic of Belarus. In order to train such highly qualified experts, the University uses the scientific potential of its faculties as well as material resources and educational base to the maximum.
