Founded in 2002, Universidad Tecmilenio was created to meet the changing demands of the new millennium. Today, the transformation continues, as the Universidad Tecmilenio responds to world megatrends and the global work market's demands. We aim to empower students to develop their life purpose and take charge of their learning. Our New University Model has three innovative features. The combination of all three is what makes this model unique in Mexico and the world. The Universidad Anáhuac was founded in 1964 as a fundamental part of the educational project of the Congregation of the Legionaries of Christ with the primary objective of raising the human and social condition of the men and women of Mexico through the student formation. The Universidad Anáhuac México Norte began its activities in 1964, in a house located in Lomas Virreyes, with only 48 students in two majors: Business Administration and Economics. Under the presidency of Fr. Faustino Pardo L.C., it opened in the following years: Psychology and Human Sciences in 1965, and Architecture and Law in 1966. Simultaneously, and thanks to the support of distinguished Mexican visionary men and business people, the new facilities in Lomas Anáhuac began. The year 1968 was especially significant; not only did the first generation of Anáhuac alumni graduated, but the new campus was also inaugurated on June 4. Based on those years of effort and confidence in the future, the University was consolidated, which is today recognized as one of the most prestigious private higher education institutions. In 1981, the Government of the Republic recognized the quality of the Anáhuac by granting it the Right of Autonomy and Official Validity of Studies. That same year, to consolidate our Institution in the southern area of Mexico City, the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur was born, the first step in creating the Anáhuac Universities Network. The Universidad Anáhuac México Sur began classes with Business Administration, Tourism Administration, Graphic Design, Industrial Engineering, and Industrial Relations. A year later, Actuarial Sciences, Electrical Engineering, and Electronic Engineering emerged. In 2006, the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) granted recognition to the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte as an Institution of Academic Excellence, endorsing its academic quality and confirming its commitment to the training of positive action leaders. In 2007 and just after its first 25 years, México Sur received the same distinction one year later. In 2009, the Ministry of Public Education gave the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte recognition for its quality, which confirms that prestigious and demanding accrediting bodies endorse most of the programs studied by our students. In 2014, to remember our history with gratitude and pride, to live the present with passion and generosity, and project ourselves to the future with vision and confidence, the Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte celebrated its first 50 years of life. As of 2016, the process of Integration between the Anáhuac Mexico Norte and the Anáhuac Mexico Sur starts with the aim of bringing together the strengths of both institutions to form the Universidad Anáhuac México. The Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon was officially founded in 1933. However, its origins are older with Law, Medicine and Pharmacy, Escuela Normal, and Colegio Civil, which were established before that time. These were critical principles for the institution's foundation, which took place on September 25th, 1933, with 1,862 students and 218 professors. At its inception, this university's name was Universidad de Nuevo Leon, now U.A.N.L. stands for Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. The Maximum Academic Institution in the State originally consisted of the Schools of Law and Social Sciences, Medicine, Engineering, Chemistry, and Pharmacy, along with Escuela Normal, Escuela Industrial "Alvaro Obregón," Technical High School "Pablo Livas," Industrial High School of Women Labors "Pablo Livas," and the School of Nursery and Obstetrics. To educate high school students, technicians, professionals, university professors, and researchers to perform efficiently in a knowledge-based society with a broad sense of the meaning of life and awareness of regional, national and global issues. They will apply university principles and values and will be committed to the sustainable, financial, scientific, technological, and cultural development of humanity. Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon is in 2030 an international reference for its educational quality, inclusion, equity, generation, and innovative application of knowledge with a complete sense of social responsibility that contributes and transcends in the transformation welfare of society. Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon was officially established on September 25th, 1933, by a vote of the Honorable Congress of Nuevo Leon. With a legacy of 86 years, it is now the largest educational institution in northern Mexico and the third most important university in the country. A total of 324 academic programs are offered at our 29 high schools, 26 undergraduate schools, and the Social Research Institute. Additionally, 31 of these programs are dual degree options taught in collaboration with other internationally prestigious universities. More than 206,600 students are currently enrolled in academic programs at our high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels. Through its schools and campuses, U.A.N.L. provides education to 34 municipalities of Nuevo Leon, a significant part of the bordering states, and many students from the rest of the country. Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon awarded 216,661 grants and scholarships in 2019: 82,934 for high school students 127,611 for undergraduate students 6,116 for graduate students All of our high school programs have the highest national quality certification. Furthermore, 42 undergraduate programs and 16 graduate programs hold international accreditation. In 2018, our athletes accomplished great things: U.A.N.L. won the National University Championships for the fourteenth year in a row, earning 143 medals. The Autenticos Tigres major and youth league football teams conquered their respective O.N.E.F.A. categories. In contrast, the intermediate league team took the prize for the seventh consecutive year in the same championship. The U.A.N.L. Integrated Library System gives access to a collection of 2,011,455 books and 45 databases using 37 library units.

Founded by two distinguished Mexicans: Don Rodolfo Sandoval Álvarez and Dr. José Sierra Flores, who inspired by innovative ideas in higher education, decided to install a University committed to the training of professionals with a high level of preparation, critical and ethical values, to contribute to the development and well-being of the community. The Universidad del Noreste started his educational work with the careers of the health sciences area. It is also a pioneer in the careers of the biological sciences, both undergraduate and postgraduate. Similarly, it has been in the area of social sciences, the arts, and the humanities. This feature distinguishes it until today, to continue offering unique in the area, as studies: Bachelor of international tourism, international trade and customs, the masters in management and logistics port management, educative innovation, medical sciences and the high school with four areas of knowledge. UPAEP was born in 1973 as a project of Puebla's society. It was first led by a group of young people who decided to make a difference and undertake a new project that could favor freedom and university autonomy. This project has crystallized as an institution committed to the search and dissemination of the truth since it wants to be congruent with Christian humanism. Thus, today, as yesterday, we are committed to educating professionals who could be a factor of change and transformation to achieve the construction of the Common Good. Our university has understood since its foundation that in order to fulfill its mission, it is indispensable to develop an integrated educational model that is focused on the person, built on academic excellence, and permanently linked to the social issue. Thus, 96% of the enrollment in an undergraduate academic degree takes accredited programs of high quality. The Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) is a public university founded in 1974 on innovation. Universidad Panamericana was founded in 1967 as a business school. The original group of scholars and business people who founded the Pan-American Institute of Top Business Management (IPADE) soon began promoting today's Universidad Panamericana. The Pan-American Institute of Humanities (IPH), the precursor to Universidad Panamericana, was founded in 1968. In 1978, I was elevated to the rank of University, and took the name Universidad Panamericana, even though both IPADE and IPH had initially conceived knowledge as being unitary and universal- that is, a university. Universidad Panamericana has four campi which give service to almost 12 thousand students in 33-degree programs. The first campus was inaugurated in Mexico City in 1968, the second in Guadalajara in 1981, and a third in Aguascalientes in 1989. Campus Santa Fe, also located in Mexico City, was inaugurated in 2011. As one University with one spirit, UP works daily on three foundational pillars: teaching, research, and culture transmission. In virtue of an agreement between the Governing Board and the Prelature of Opus Dei, Universidad Panamericana has entrusted to that Prelature the spiritual attention and doctrinal guidance of all its activities. Its roots are the different sources of an integral formation: the four ramifications symbolize the four cardinal virtues (prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance) the acorns and leaves represent the other virtues, derived from the first four. The University does not turn its back on any human concern, any problem of society, or any citizen worry. The University should respond to these demands with the resources at hand: the sharing of thought, openness to dialogue, and an unceasing search for the truth. The work of scientific research synthesizes this university vocation. The contemporary world asks the university institution- with increasing urgency- to offer creative solutions to its many problems. In the Buenos Aires daily Clarín, dated September 1982, Jorge Luis Borges declared: "there is a multitude of evils which overwhelm us: economic ruin, joblessness, hunger, demagogic anarchy, violence, senseless nationalism, and a generalized absence of ethics. One of the most prestigious higher education institutions in Mexico – Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) – is located in Cholula, the oldest city in Latin America, whose magic is the result of a combination of art, culture, history, traditions, and modernity. UDLAP is only a two-hour drive from Mexico City, one of the most cosmopolitan and populated cities globally, and 20 minutes from Puebla, a UNESCO world heritage city. In Mexico, the Mexican Federation for Private Higher Education Institutions (Federación de Instituciones Mexicanas Particulares de Educación Superior - FIMPES) has given an outright accreditation to UDLAP, the highest possible recognition. Also, close to 100% of study programs that can be accredited have been or are in the process of being accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (Consejo para la Acreditación de la Educación Superior - COPIES). Universidad de las Américas Puebla was founded in 1940; it was known as Mexico City College in the nation's capital. To reflect the fraternity between the United States and Latin American countries, in the early 1960s, it changed its name to University of the Americas. By then, the prestige of its professors and research projects, such as the Oaxaca Archeology Program, positioned the university abroad and in Mexico as one of the best options for students who wanted an excellent education with a bicultural vision. In 1966, the Fundación Mary Street Jenkins assigned funds for the university to establish itself in the Cholula municipality, at the Santa Catarina Mártir hacienda, with over 80 hectares and located between the Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanoes. Now known as Universidad de las Américas Puebla, its innovative education project included the School of Arts and Science and opening the School of Engineering and the School of Administration and Business. In 1985, the university became independent, both legally and ideologically, from the Civil Association in Mexico City, and was now known as Fundación Universidad de las Américas, Puebla. The university began to be considered as one of the most important private education institutions in the country. The National University of La Plata (Spanish: Universidad Nacional de La Plata, UNLP) is one of the essential Argentine national universities and the biggest one in La Plata, capital of Buenos Aires Province. It has over 90,000 regular students, 10,000 teaching staff, 16 departments, and 106 available degrees. UNLP comprises the Rafael Hernández National College, the Victor Mercante Lyceum, the Bachelor of Fine Arts program, the School of Agronomy, the La Plata University Radio, the La Plata University Press and numerous academic centers for research and outreach including La Plata Museum of Natural Sciences, the University Public Library, the Samay Huasi Retreat for Artists and Writers, the Institute of Physical Education, the Astronomical Observatory and the Santa Catalina Rural Association. The institution began operations on April 18, 1897, as the Universidad Provincial de La Plata with Dr. Dardo Rocha as its rector. In 1905, Joaquín V. González, the Minister of Justice and Public Education of the government of Manuel Quintana decided to nationalize it. González also integrated many municipal scientific institutions into the university, and a year later, he became the first President of the National University of La Plata. Today the university holds one of the most important paleontological and anthropological collections in South America.
