Al Balqa Applied university was established in response to the Hashemite letter of embodying the philosophy of Higher Education, in line with the requirements of the stage to construct flexible educational structures concerned in academic, vocational, and applied aspects, promoting creativity and opening new promising paths that meet the needs of the common era, and which are compatible with the fiber of our modern Jordanian society. Given the leading role played by The Early Salt High School on the level of scientific-educational and learning progress, by which it has preserved its cultural legacy that has started since the first quarter of the twentieth century and is incessantly continuing right until this day, preparing thus an elite of early leading figures who, in return, handed in this legacy from their ancestors to their posterity to perfect this role and bind the past with the present, our modern future-related vision was crystal-clear via BAU to provide opportunities for improving the quality of higher education that contribute in human resources preparation on graduate, postgraduate and junior college levels. Community colleges, academic, vocational, and applied performance control, assisting distinguished students in pursuing their studies under conditions suiting their social and financial situation. It paves the way to keep pace with cultural change to fulfill reliability, competition, and universality, updating study plans parallel to study plans followed in highly developed prestigious universities worldwide when students transfer to their schools. We also emphasize framing academic qualifications nationally, regionally, and internationally to be the primary source for well- trained qualifications, reflecting the current level of their specializations and their recent technical applications. The university seeks to qualify research and render community colleges sustainable development centers put into the national economy service, and stressing the importance of quality assurance through its commitment to enhancing the quality of education and learning inputs and developing services and facilities on campus as well. This can influence the quality of scholarly outputs and create competitive opportunities with comparable educational institutions, realizing the concept of sustainable education through the provision of flexible and developed structures, bridging the gap between different educational stages, in addition to implementing an effective administrative follow-up, evaluation, and variation system, far from erroneous bureaucratic management practices. This ultimately yields conscious openness and interaction with the university effectively, transparently, and democratically, and respect for counterpoints of view to make joint decisions formed systematically. It also bolstered teamwork through a fruitful pragmatic approach and optimum exploitation for university resources to enhance its role in sustainable development and Jordanian community service through education and hard and perseverant fruitful work.
