  1. Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology was founded in April 2006 and began a new era with the Master Program of Information Systems Architecture offering, which seeks to equip IT professionals with the skills to help solve the many issues that industry confronts. In April 2008, we started the Master Program of Innovation for Design and Engineering to give designers and engineers the skills they need to provide technology as value and deliver innovation to industries. Our programs are designed for working professionals and graduate students who seek to obtain the latest knowledge and outstanding competence in information systems architecture and innovation for design and engineering. The Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology took advantage of its expert knowledge. It systematized hands-on technological experience to educate highly expert technicians who possess the motivation and skill to create new value and contribute to the vitalizing industry. The Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology trains architects who are professionals in providing innovation in all fields. The Institute cultivates highly expert technicians through two courses: Information Systems Architecture that trains information architects, ultra-versatile players in the information field, and Innovation for Design and Engineering that trains Monozukuri architects, designers who integrate design and function to create innovation. Let us mention some of the benefits and features of our School. The critical point is that we provide education on both practical and theoretical levels. The technical issues which we face in the real world are not exercises. Each problem requires a solution that comes from various technologies. Issues in the real world are not so simple. They can be resolved only by acquiring the systematic knowledge provided by a traditional graduate School education. On the contrary, real issues are cumbersome and complicated that it is difficult even to understand their nature if one is only equipped with traditional knowledge. To equip students with the ability to solve these real issues, the School offers classes that feature many case studies and project-based learning systems. This enables students to obtain the practical business skills that information architects need to become the so-called "mono-zukuri" architects who are experts in both design and engineering. Also, the quarter system has been introduced to provide accelerated learning. In the quarter system, the academic year consists of four quarter units, and lectures for each course are held twice a week, enabling students to complete the course in approximately two months, instead of the customary half-year under a regular schedule. Although the more intense courses are a burden for the professors, they enable students to remain motivated and concentrate on their studies. As a result, students can intensively acquire professional knowledge and skills. The School has set a class schedule geared to the busy lifestyles of its students. It is possible to study after work in the evening and obtain a master's degree. To enhance the benefits of learning, the latest systems have been introduced to record all classes and enable students to review the material at any time. The School is fully equipped with a library, a study theater, and a laboratory, allowing busy working students to concentrate on their studies in a calm atmosphere. The professors who provide practical tuition have all demonstrated a high level of business aptitude and have impressive track records at vendor and user companies. These characteristics make the Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology an attractive institution for professional study. Here, students range from new university graduates to working students and entrepreneurs seeking to bolster their skills, representing a broad cross-section of students of diverse ages and occupational aspirations, coming together to study and achieve their dreams.
  2. Its location on the Basque Coast's Izarbel Science Park is a perfect illustration of the will of the Bayonne & Basque Country Chamber of Commerce & Industry to provide the region's industrialists with an original model for technology transfer with a technological resource center, a business nursery and an industrial research platform within ESTIA Engineering School. A privileged contact who will examine with you and with complete confidentiality any problem you may encounter. We will do everything we can during your studies at ESTIA, both in terms of physical accessibility – our school is perfectly adapted in this respect, and in terms of access to knowledge, by implementing with all the administrative, technical, and teaching staff the means to enable you to succeed in your studies. ESTIA engineers are generalist engineers, prepared for all industrial activities. Their approach and abilities enable them to work as part of project teams both in large companies and SME's. They contribute to competitive development in an environment and e-business based economy. In this context, they have a good command of all the elements required to develop products through their lifecycle, from expressing needs to operating and implementation. They acquire multi-technological skills in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and IT. ESTIA engineers are project managers in all fields of activity, create activities, and sometimes even set up their own companies. Initially, the young graduate's operational skills will, of course, be determined by the option chosen: either product and method oriented, or equipment and infrastructure oriented, or organization and management-oriented. However, all students acquire the following skills. Businesses (including their constant adaptation, innovation, markets, etc.) are an integral part of the ESTIA engineer's "training landscape". Throughout their training, they come into direct contact with economic activities: new businesses at the ESTIA nursery and larger partner companies, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in real situations. In addition to the ESTIA engineering diploma, all students prepare, in parallel, a second European Masters: Students who chose the Digital Design & Innovation option are also awarded the MSc in "Software Techniques for CAE" from Cranfield University (UK) or the MSc in "Advanced Technology Management" from the University of Wolverhampton (UK). They stay in the UK for six weeks at the beginning of the 3rd year. Students who chose the Mechatronics & Embedded Systems option are awarded the MSc in "Robotics & Automation" or "Embedded Systems" from the University of Salford-Manchester (UK) or the MSC in "Software Techniques for Digital Signal & Image Processing" from Cranfield University (UK). They stay in the UK for six weeks at the beginning of the 3rd year. Students who chose the Industrial Management & Organisation option are awarded the Masters in "Industrial Management & Organisation" from Bilbao Engineering School in Spain. Being able to benefit for a reasonable price from the 1st year onwards from international tutoring, parallel enrolment in a foreign institution, and obtain a second diploma, either British or Spanish, at the end of the 3rd year is both an excellent chance and a time saver. This enables you to gain a year and thus make significant savings compared to the usual post-graduate enrolment procedure after your engineering degree. It is also a privilege to benefit from personalized teaching by our foreign lecturers. As a complement to these compulsory co-tutored courses for all student engineers, there are also other possibilities with our international mobility programs. Estia-Research is based on a partnership with the University of Bordeaux 1, UPPA (University of Pau & the Adour Region), and, to a lesser extent, Arts & Métiers ParisTech. Estia-Research contributes to the development of research in Aquitaine and benefits from its location, serving as a point of contact for cross-border co-operation between Aquitaine and the Basque Universities Autonomous Region, Navarre, and Aragon. Estia-Research aims to create a strong alliance with laboratories of excellence at these universities, taking advantage of implementing the Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarre Euroregion. ESTIA lecturers and researchers carry out their Engineering Science (mechanics, electronics, automation, IT, robotics) and Human & Social Science (management, ergonomics, creativity, uses, skills). Estia-Research is a multi-disciplinary platform located on the ESTIA campus. It is part of a network with the region's significant laboratories in Engineering and Management Science, taking full advantage of its interactions with the business nursery Estia-Entreprendre. These are study and development projects carried out within the school and based on the needs of ESTIA or industry, aimed at helping students to apply theoretical knowledge learned. Aspects concerning "methods", "costs", and techniques are necessarily dealt with. They benefit from the support of specialists.
  3. Since its foundation in 1992, EBI has placed life at the heart of its engineering training to face the challenge of improving health, well-being, safety, adaptability/versatility, and functionality through innovation. The understanding of the biological mechanisms is represented by our graduates in every engineering profession, from research to production and innovation to market launch. This is true for each of the four industry sectors: pharmacy, cosmetics, agribusiness, and the environment. With its new eco-responsible one-hectare campus in the city center open 16 hours a day, EBI fully expresses its mission as a talent incubator and an open innovation melting pot. At the heart of a Technoparc that includes the Cergy sports ground and the ParisSeine University, EBI researchers, students, and postgraduates give life sciences a creative industrial dimension. With its 1000m2 technical platform integrated into the Cosmetomics® network, researchers and students can work side-by-side with professional equipment. Thanks to the EBI’s lecturers, tutors, and qualified coaches, students learn to gain confidence in their skills and be responsible for several innovative projects that will present to a jury of professionals while spending, on average, one year in various work placement positions. The results speak for themselves: 100% of the 2nd year engineering students are supported by the business incubators in their entrepreneurship projects. Every year, four national prizes are awarded on average, and over 2% of our alumni have set up their own company, which is twice the national average. However, there is so much more to EBI. The school also offers a resourceful educational background that combines technical skills with personal, intercultural, and emotional dimensions. General knowledge is developed through the Agora cultural program, and linguistic skills can be improved thanks to our Babel Language Centre. Each student spends at least one semester abroad and studies exclusively in English during their third year (first engineering cycle year). Here we encourage artistic activities with twenty associations (dance, theatre, music, cinema…) that, with the help of professional graduates, allow students to express themselves and learn how to become performers before they graduate. EBI was the first French Grande Ecole to ban any form of ranking to boost teamwork, inspire students to use their talent to take on any challenge, and live the EBI motto: Combining passion and career. Recruiters sometimes tell us our students are geniuses… Experience has shown us that creative genius skills and logistic ingenuity allow them to invent new ways of living for each of us worldwide. Florence Dufour, Managing director and Founder of the EBI. A minimum of 3 projects per year, no ranking, working groups selected randomly, and specific methodological tools implemented for the teams. Today 12% of our alumni work in the environment field. Over 21,000 companies are active in the water, air, soil, and noise fields 2as well as in waste treatment, energy, and renewables, measuring instruments and land development, among others. Energy, waste, and water treatment represent 80% of the 140,000 green positions. R&D engineering is the first employment sector. The leading employers are engineering companies and consulting firms that accompany their clients in their environmental projects. Set at the heart of the Horloge business park home to nearly 200 companies, EBI’s campus benefits from a professional and functional environment with ever-changing infrastructures. It is easily accessible (public transport, gentle links, multimodality, car-sharing) and allows students to practice different activities (sport, culture…). An exceptional campus: set at the heart of the Horloge business park home to nearly 200 companies, EBI’s campus benefits from a professional and functional environment with ever-changing infrastructures. It is easily accessible (public transport, gentle links, multimodality, car-sharing) and allows students to practice different activities (sport, culture…). Inaugurated in 2016, the campus was designed to professionalize our future engineers. It has workspaces and creative areas that are adapted. As of the 2nd semester of the 4th year, the students can choose from 5 majors depending on their professional project. Unlike other schools, EBI does not apply any quotas to the majors, so students are entirely free to choose their career path. The lectures of the major are compulsory, whereas those of the minor are elective. Indeed, students also choose 4 to 10 minors to customize their career path. Aimed at training engineers who will work in the biomedical sector, on vaccines, biotechnologies, enzyme kits, cellular models… Possible positions following this primary: team manager in a laboratory. This major is suitable for Ph.D. studies. Students can acquire the skills to formulate consumer goods in laboratories: mixing reagents, molecules, assessing the aspect, perfume, color, texture, and taste. The aim is to create a perfectly packaged product that is both useful and pleasant for the consumer. The engineers are trained to implement the best-adapted manufacturing processes. They aim to manufacture in bulk what was formulated in small quantities in a laboratory. The engineers who operate on production lines within the industry must also consider the financial constraints and ensure environmental compliance.

  10. Intensive development of the vast territory of the development of the machine-building industry has demanded excellence. For this task, at the request of the party and Soviet organs in 1956 g. Tyumen offers the training and consultation center of Ural Polytechnic Institute. In the program for the development of the University up to the 2015 year elected Rector noted that the University should be the locomotive of the technological and innovation development of region, industry. Vladimir Novoselov invited the team to take a course on the formation of the University as an innovative scientific-educational complex, integrated with academic science and industry, and the establishment of a system of continuous multilevel engineering and Economics and management training. In 2010, Tsogu included ten educational institutions in Tyumen, 16 affiliates, 3 Colleges, and General Lyceum. Accommodated in the University 60 thousand students, human resources capacity- 1100 candidates and doctors of Sciences, of the three full members and two corresponding RAS members. The structure included the oil and gas University 17 SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE (5 jointly with the RUSSIAN ACADEMY of SCIENCES) Subarctic research polygon. For five years, the University implemented many of the planned and already 2015 year to reach a new development level. 29 April 2015, the year he was elected Rector of the University, Oleg Novoselov, who had previously occupied the position of Vice-Rector for scientific research Introducing the Conference program for the development of the University, Oleg Aleksandrovich noted that the primary direction of activity of the University is, Of course, education, But today, education science, without introducing new knowledge, it is merely impossible to, so the critical thesis of my program is education through science. The University's strategic objective is to become the leading Engineering University in the country». In the 2015 year at the federal level began building an effective system of higher education. Formed a network of elite institutions of higher learning, which already includes Federal and national research universities. Formed the first stage of supporting regional universities with an emphasis on developing engineering education in industrialized regions of the country. One of them was created by the merger in Tyumen, two major technical universities – University of architecture and civil engineering became a structural subdivision of the Tyumen State Oil and Gas University. 25 March 2016g. released order No. 314 of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation about renaming Tsogu in Tyumen industrial University. The key to the University has the right to conduct educational activities on new standards of the fourth generation, concentrate on training levels of the Magistracy and postgraduate study, to research the expense of the federal budget. Will operate dissertation councils, development schools. Program supporting the University is focused on the new industrialization. An important strategic goal — the radical modernization of the content and technologies of education. Today, the principal contradiction is the disparity of graduates' professional competencies of the increasing demands of high-tech enterprises, design, and scientific organizations. Modern engineering education should be forecasting and leading toward dynamically changing technologies. Our students are entitled to receive the knowledge and skills of the profession that will be valid at the end of their educational institution. We need a fundamentally new variant model interacting with enterprises of the real economy sector when educational programs become maximally practice-oriented.
  11. Every collective's life begins from the first step taken by people who decide to start a new business. For the Moscow State Technical University "MAMI" (UMech) such a step and, as well, the beginning of the complicated but bright history of the University development was the establishment of a small vocational school in Moscow, which later turned into one of the leading secondary technical schools in tsarist Russia – Komisarov Technical School (KTS). Activities of this School had a significant impact on the formation and improvement of the Russian professional education. The teaching staff of educational institutions, organized on its basis, including the staff of the UMech, preserved and developed the experience and traditions of the Komisarov Technical School through the post-revolution period. At present more than 35,000 students are training at the University, the teaching staff is almost 1500 people. There are 78 departments and seven institutes in the University (Engineering Design Institute, Industrial and Technological Institute, Environmental and Chemical Engineering Institute, Chernomyrdin Humanitarian-economic Institute, Institute for Basic Competencies, Institute of Additional Education, International Institute, which provides training for international students). There are 11 comfortable dormitories. The University is provided with a sufficiently modern technical basis for training students: there are 21 buildings with well-equipped lecture-halls, training and scientific laboratories, computer classrooms, sports halls, a scientific-technical library which numbers nearly one mln. Books, dining halls, and canteens. Following the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia of March 21, 2016, the Moscow Polytechnic University has been created as a result of a reorganization in the form of merging the UMech (MAMI) and the Moscow State University of Printing Arts named after Ivan Fedorov (MGUP). Andrey Nikolaenko (former Rector of MAMI) has been appointed Rector of the Moscow Polytechnic University. During all its life, the institute always played a crucial role in our country in the area of training high-skilled personnel for the chemical, petrochemical, and gas industries, industrial biotechnology, municipal environment protection, engineering methods of environment protection from harmful emissions, and industrial and agricultural waste, for defining solutions of rational usage of natural and energy resources.
  12. Our University is a multidisciplinary educational complex that includes two higher schools, 18 Institutes, and two colleges. The university trains specialists in 249 secondary vocational, undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional development programs in 14 primary specialties. More than 16,000 students major in design, the humanities, engineering, economy, and pedagogy study here. The reason for young people's keen interest in higher education to a large extent is their understanding that this is an effective way to ensure a decent position in society and be able to adapt to social and economic conditions of the ever-changing modern world. Today everybody realizes the advantages that we can enjoy using modern technologies in our lives and everyday activities. Obtaining a contemporary and sought after the degree is the main priority for young people. The multilevel education system, various educational programs, specialties, and subject areas provide a comprehensive career profile. To assist prospective students in choosing their specialty, we have created a system of pre-university training. It includes colleges, schools with different specializations and courses, and it functions successfully. The University campus includes eight academic buildings, most of them being in the historic city center. There are also four students' dormitories and six countryside properties. Modern equipment of the departments, academic and research laboratories, lecture halls, experiments, test production workshops, and industrial workshops of the research and production center allows for the delivery of vocational and higher professional education programs. International research and educational programs are rapidly developing at the University. Considerable attention is paid to students' interest in sports and creative activities, so several events are held annually, namely 'Admiralty Needle' International Contest for Young Designers, 'Breath of Spring' all-Russia contest for fashion designers. There are sports departments, workout facilities, and classical music concerts in the 'Students Philharmonic' frame. Our students' lives are always full of exciting events, creativity, research, active and exciting leisure. These events are reflected in the University periodicals, 'texStyle' newspaper, and 'Style-Sttextileagazine.
  13. 14. View full university
