Maintain awareness of quality standards, and communicate department quality goals, and leverages resources to solve quality issues. Conduct appropriate checks and tests and communicates evaluation of results. Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions, Recommend solutions to problems, and meets schedule and quality requirements in addition to the following responsibilities. The Role GBS Fraud, Loss Prevention and Compliance Team is responsible for assessing and mitigating potential revenue leakage and fraudulent activities encompassing OnStar services and Global Connected Services (GCS) organization. The team oversees multiple OnStar enabled locations globally, including 3rd party provider call center sites.
