Job DescriptionAmazon's endpoint ecosystem spans 1.5 million compute devices across laptops, tablets, virtual desktops (WorkSpaces), and mobile devices, serving a global workforce. As the endpoint evolves into an AI context surface, the portfolio will expand to include new form factors such as wearables and purpose-built AI peripherals. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager, Technical to define and own the product strategy for Endpoint Experience (EPX) across five coordinated layers: hardware, system software, applications, peripherals, and network. This is a strategic product leadership position that owns the vision of delivering the right compute, in the right form factor, for every employee persona. The right candidate thinks beyond device specifications to the full lifecycle of how employees interact with their compute environment: what form factor they receive, how it is provisioned, how it performs daily across hardware and software together, how security posture is maintained without degrading experience, how capital investment is justified against productivity outcomes, and how devices are sustainably refreshed. The role of the endpoint is changing. Traditional endpoints were devices to get work done: write code, send emails, create documents. Today, critical forms of communication and knowledge, especially conversational (meetings, verbal decisions, real-time discussions) and visual (whiteboarding, diagrams, physical artifacts), are not captured by traditional endpoint form factors. The Product Strategist must think beyond the laptop: what endpoint capabilities are needed to capture, process, and make available the full spectrum of employee context that AI systems require to be effective? How do form factors evolve when the endpoint is not just a productivity tool but an AI context surface? How do we maintain a strong security posture on these new form factors without compromising the experience or limiting AI capabilities?Key job responsibilities● The holistic endpoint experience product vision across all five layers (hardware, system software, applications, peripherals, and network) for a fleet of 1.5 million devices spanning multiple form factors● The persona-based framework that matches workload to form factor, including the total cost of ownership model that ensures every CapEx dollar is tied to a measurable productivity outcome and balances hardware investment, software optimization, and operational efficiency across the fleet● The security-experience balance: defining how endpoint security (enforced agents, compliance posture, data protection) is delivered without degrading employee productivity, and how new AI-capable form factors maintain Amazon's security bar● The AI strategy for endpoint evolution: how devices transform from productivity tools to intelligent context capture platforms, what new form factors, sensors, and on-device processing capabilities are needed to capture conversational and visual context that traditional endpoints miss, and how this makes AI agents fundamentally more effective● OEM partnership strategy at Amazon's scale, influencing product roadmaps so future device generations are designed with Amazon's workforce needs built in● The unified business case that connects hardware telemetry, software performance, security agent impact, support contact patterns, employee satisfaction, and AI workload forecasts into a single decision framework Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree- 10+ years of product management experience in endpoint computing, digital employee experience, or enterprise IT product strategy- Track record of transforming endpoint strategy at enterprise scale, moving beyond uniform device standards to workload-driven, multi-form-factor portfolios- Track record of influencing cross-organizational roadmaps without direct authority- Experience with OEM partnerships and hardware lifecycle management at enterprise scale- Strong financial acumen: TCO modeling, CapEx optimization, and building investment cases tied to business outcomes- Understanding of how AI/ML workloads are reshaping client compute requirements and endpoint form factors- Experience balancing security requirements with employee experience at enterprise scale Preferred Qualifications:- Industry expertise in endpoint experience trends: AI on the edge, device form factor evolution, context capture (conversational, visual), multi-modal input/output, zero-touch provisioning, and unified endpoint management- Experience defining persona-based device strategies in large enterprise environments, including lifecycle management from provisioning through sustainable refresh and return- Background in endpoint security architecture: security agent performance optimization, zero-trust endpoint posture, and compliance without experience degradation- Experience influencing OEM/vendor product roadmaps at enterprise scale, shaping hardware and firmware generations to meet organizational needs- Familiarity with endpoint telemetry, observability platforms, and data-driven fleet health management- Experience building investment cases that connect technical decisions to business outcomes (productivity, support cost reduction, employee satisfaction) for VP/Director-level audiencesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Job DescriptionDrive automation and platform modernization for HR Investigations at Amazon—helping transform how workplace concerns are reported, triaged, investigated, and resolved for 1.8 million Amazonians. As a Senior Product Manager - Tech in our HR Experience Tech (HRXT) team, you’ll lead product delivery for AI-powered automation initiatives and the migration of Investigations case management from legacy Salesforce infrastructure to Amazon’s modern platform—positioning the Investigations technology stack for convergence with Service Central, our next-generation AI-first HR platform. This is an opportunity to shape how Amazon applies AI and automation to one of HR’s most complex and sensitive domains. HR Investigations handles 250,000+ workplace concerns annually across operations and corporate populations—spanning policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and ethics matters. You’ll work across the full investigations lifecycle, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve quality and consistency, accelerate resolution, and enable investigators to focus on the judgment-intensive work that matters most. You’ll work across a technology stack spanning case management, conversational AI, intelligent classification and routing, transcription and NLP, content management, and unified employee data platforms—coordinating across these systems to deliver end-to-end automation that maintains the high bar for accuracy, fairness, and confidentiality that workplace investigations demand. You’ll partner with Employee Relations leaders, legal and compliance stakeholders, engineering teams, and ML scientists to navigate the unique constraints of investigations technology while building the systems and processes that make investigations faster, more consistent, and more scalable. This role requires someone who can deliver immediate value through automation of current-state workflows while simultaneously supporting the platform migration from Salesforce (EXACT) to PXT CMS our own 1P build case management infrastructure. Every investment you make will be designed to align with Service Central’s architecture, ensuring Investigations technology is positioned for the converged future rather than creating rework.Key job responsibilitiesDrive product delivery for automation initiatives across the HR Investigations lifecycle—from intake and classification through investigation execution and case resolution—identifying and executing on the highest-impact opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve quality.Own feature roadmaps, sprint priorities, and launch plans for AI-powered investigation tools, managing the full delivery lifecycle from requirements through adoption and iteration.Support the migration of Investigations case management from EXACT (Salesforce) to PXT CMS, defining product requirements, mapping investigation-specific workflows, and coordinating with platform teams to ensure zero disruption to active investigations.Partner with Employee Relations and Employee Resource Center stakeholders to understand investigator workflows, validate automation opportunities, define accuracy thresholds, and ensure AI augments investigator judgment rather than replacing it.Collaborate with AI/ML teams to leverage conversational AI, natural language processing, intelligent classification, and large language models to automate investigative processes while maintaining the trust and accuracy that sensitive cases demand.Define and track success metrics for automation initiatives—adoption rates, time-saved per investigation, accuracy and consistency improvements, investigator satisfaction, and quality indicators.Gather and synthesize user feedback from investigators across EWRS (Operations) and GCER (Corporate) populations, translating pain points into prioritized product requirements and iterating rapidly.Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, ML science, ER/ERC business teams, and platform teams to deliver on aggressive timelines with executive visibility.Ensure all automation and platform migration investments are convergence-aligned with Service Central’s architecture, positioning Investigations to integrate natively with the unified platform.Navigate complex stakeholder environments involving legal, compliance, and employee relations teams where accuracy, confidentiality, and fairness are non-negotiable constraints.Identify and de-risk technical dependencies across multi-system integrations, ensuring business continuity is maintained at every phase of migration and automation rollout.A day in the lifeYour morning starts reviewing automation adoption metrics—you’re tracking how investigators are using AI-powered tools across intake, evidence gathering, and case documentation. You notice a spike in manual overrides for a specific concern category and dig into the data to understand whether it’s a classification accuracy issue or a workflow gap. You draft a ticket for the ML team with sample cases and propose a short-term routing fix while the model is retrained.Mid-morning, you join a sprint planning session with the engineering team to prioritize features for the next cycle. Investigators have been requesting automation support for a repetitive documentation task that currently takes 20 minutes per case. You’ve validated the opportunity through user interviews, defined the requirements, and are working with the tech lead to decompose it into shippable increments with clear acceptance criteria. After lunch, you run a working session with the PXT CMS platform team to map investigation-specific workflows from EXACT. You’ve documented the current-state evidence management flow and are designing the target-state that preserves all functionality while simplifying the UX and aligning with PXT CMS’s architecture. A key discussion emerges about handling in-flight investigations during cutover—you propose a phased approach and prepare a recommendation document. In the afternoon, you conduct a user acceptance testing session with investigators for the latest automation release. You observe how they interact with the AI-assisted features, note where the tool builds trust vs. creates friction, and document specific feedback items for the next iteration. You update the launch tracker and prepare your weekly status update for the Investigations QBR.You end your day in a cross-team sync with the broader HRXT product team, sharing what you’re learning about automation patterns in Investigations that could apply to other domains—the classification model architecture, the trust-building UX patterns for AI-assisted decisions, and the investigator feedback loops that drive continuous improvement.About the teamThe HR Experience Technology (HRXT) team is on a mission to fundamentally reshape HR work at Amazon. Job DescriptionAbout the OrganizationAmazon Customer Service handles hundreds of millions of customer contacts each year across every Amazon business — retail, devices, digital products, business, and drivers. Our Associate Experience team owns the product strategy, tooling, and AI systems that define how Customer Service agents work: what information they can access, what actions they can take, and how effectively they resolve customer issues on first contact. At the center of this is our associate-facing customer service platform — the primary interface through which agents across the globe handle customer contacts across chat, email, phone, and messaging channels. We are investing in rebuilding this platform for the AI era: moving from rigid, domain-specific workflows toward a flexible, intelligent experience where AI and human agents work side by side to deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality customer outcomes. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Management Tech to own the product strategy and execution for our associate platform across four high-volume, high-complexity contact domains. This leader will define and deliver the agent-facing experience for these domains — reducing friction in how associates work, eliminating inconsistency in how issues are resolved, and building an AI-native UI that surfaces the right context, guidance, and resolution options to agents in real time. The north star is simple: every customer contact in these domains ends with a fast, consistent, on-brand resolution on first contact, demonstrating the very best of human and AI collaboration. The current product does not exist in the form it needs to be. This leader will contribute to the overall platform vision, build the team around the key domains, set the roadmap, and drive execution — partnering closely with the customer-facing product teams that own the same domains on the customer self-service side, and with engineering, data science, and customer service operations.Key job responsibilities- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the associate platform across digital products, devices, subscriptions, and account contact types — from problem definition and strategy through requirements, development, launch, and continuous improvement.- Build on an AI-native agent experience. Design and deliver resolutions embedded in an AI-led UI— surfacing relevant customer context and recommending resolution paths in real time— so that associates spend their time on attending to the customer, not managing the tool. Measure success through first contact resolution rates, handle time, and customer satisfaction.- Drive workflow simplification. Eliminate the specialized tooling and routing dependencies that require associates to be trained on narrow issue types. Build upon the product model that enables associates to handle contacts across domains flexibly, without sacrificing resolution quality.- Build the team. Hire and develop individual product managers for each domain, create clear ownership structures, establish product development processes, and build a high-performing PM team that operates ahead of engineering — not behind it.- Partner cross-functionally. Work directly with the customer-facing product teams that own the consumer experience for these same domains to ensure agent tooling reflects and enables the customer experience being built. Partner with engineering, data and applied sciences, BI, UX, and customer service operations on roadmap sequencing, launch planning, and adoption.- Deliver a key 2026 strategic initiative that supports a senior leadership commitment, requiring tight cross-functional coordination and on-time delivery.- Represent your product portfolio in senior leadership reviews and planning cycles, authoring clear, data-backed product strategy documents and investment narratives. Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree- 6+ years of technical product or program management experience- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- 3+ years of team management experience Preferred Qualifications:- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment- Experience with AI/ML technologiesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
