Opened in 1967, Croesty Primary School is housed in a pleasant, single-story building situated at the western end of Pencoed. The main building consists of three wings, each housing two classrooms, toilets, and a cloakroom. Three classrooms, situated across the playground, offer the same accommodation. Cramond Primary is a non-denominational school built-in 1975. The school serves the village of Cramond and the surrounding areas of northwest Edinburgh. The school was built to take the children from Moredun and Fernieside Nurseries and Primary schools in 2002. Our school sits on one of the old football pitches belonging to the community. When the school opened the pupils drew what they thought the new school badge would look like. We met with an artist and together took the most popular elements, and our school badge emerged.
