You will be required to work a rotating roster, including night shift.These positions are 0.8 EFT with regular funded study daysYou will be trained in the use of key recovery tools, and will be encouraged to develop your own creative recovery-orientated care strategies and you will work with our Lived Experience workforce.The TSP nurse will participate in the mandatory academic training program that has been specifically designed to assist the TSP to develop their skills and knowledge in relation to mental health nursing over 12 months.There are 20+ paid study days offered throughout the program to assist your growth as a well-rounded clinician.The TSP must complete the clinical competencies provided as part of the program at the identified time intervals as set out in their training manuals.All competencies, assessments and hurdles must be achieved. This educational component will allow you to obtain recognition of prior learning towards a post-graduate diploma in mental health nursing.     Job Description:The role: We are seeking motivated undergraduate nursing students to undertake the role of Patient Care Orderly (PCO) within the ICU team at St. Vincent's Private Hospital Sydney.
