Work closely with the International Tax Compliance Managers (in India and the US) and aid in management of the international aspects of the US federal tax return. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience with good understanding of book-to-tax adjustments and basic understanding of TCJA provisions. Understand filing requirements, basic understanding of M&A (be able to draft initial disclosures). Comfortable interacting with US team on a regular basis (multiple time/week).
