    Job DescriptionThis role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to [Warren, Michigan ] three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business The Lead Quality Analyst will support the North America operations team in implementing processes to improve their Quality performance and work closely with other members of the Quality Systems and Assurance team, WSIO, and the operations teams to reduce the occurrence of Quality errors (claims and returns). This position will support plant personnel through training opportunities and coordinating with others to identify where noncompliance to BIQ requirements may exist within the Plants. The Lead Quality Analyst will assist the operations teams in closing existing noncompliance gaps and support the transformation and modernization of the quality reporting tools, claims and returns processing, and BIQ future process development. Lead a team of dealer liaisons that support the customers of their respective parts distribution centers.
