    Job DescriptionResponsabilities Demand analysis. Scheduling based on Forecast, Safety Stock, Stock, Demand and ABC Curve analysis. Monitoring the supply chain: suppliers, logistics providers and Customs Special Requirements: INMETRO, Import License, Certificate of Origin. Identify improvement opportunities based on Inventory x Minimum lot x forecast x demand. Monitoring of suppliers' performance. Interface with related areas: purchasing, logistics, customs, engineering and warehouses. Strategies to attend critical cases along with engineering, optional parts, OEM transfer, aiming at customer service and focus. Analysis of alternatives for customer service, contact with call center to purchase parts on the network, alternatives and replacements for customer service.
