Located conveniently in the thriving center of Subang Jaya, Fairview International School Subang Jaya (FISJ) is an International Baccalaureate World School that is authorized to conduct the IB continuum from Primary Years Programme (PYP) to the Middle Years Programme (MYP). Students at Fairview are introduced to the concept of international-mindedness from the many Fairs, Celebrations, and Food Festivals held in the School. However, to truly internalize the concept, the student organizes FairMUN (Model United Nations) conference that brings together over 300 students from around the region to discuss, challenge, and explores the many impossible decisions made by world leaders. Fairview also organized the World Scholars Cup competition, bringing over 3000 students together from around the world to KL. Charis International School (CIS) started on Aug 24, 2014, as the first international school for Tawau and the third for the East Malaysian State of Sabah. The school is located in Tawau’s new landmark, Calvary Crown a ten-story multi-purpose building that is situated very strategically in the heart of the town. CIS, a K-11 school, is a registered Cambridge International Primary and Secondary School, providing the Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary, and the IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education). Greenview Islamic School is the brainchild of a group of Muslim professionals who are committed to improving the quality of education in Islamic schools education. Officially opened in September 2010 in Subang Jaya, the school began with one classroom, four students, six teachers, and a SmartBoard on loan. After a year’s achievement, the School Board made a thorough search for a new and larger premise in Selangor as the student population had reached a hundred strong. In March 2012, Greenview Islamic School found an ideal premise in D’Bayu Mall, Bukit Jelutong where it currently resides. In a commercial building in a beautiful and quiet residential surroundings, students can learn with peace of mind. On 21 September 2012, Greenview Islamic School became a registered Cambridge Centre. It means that students can sit for the Cambridge Checkpoint examinations for Year 6 and Year 9. The examination papers are then sent to Cambridge for marking and evaluation. Cambridge checkpoint examinations are important for preparing students to sit for Cambridge IGCSE in Year 11. Today, the school continues to expand in terms of the student population and school premise, alhamdulillah. The International Modern Arabic School was initiated in 2007 as a bilingual, Arabic-British, non-profit institution with a total of 220 students. By the year 2012, the number of students had increased to more than 700 and the school acquired Arabic and International recognition.
