What You Will Do The Clinical Specialist with Stryker Spine's Enabling Technologies will provide clinical product support to all end users and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. This is a field (hospital) based role that will located in Lafayette, IN. Candidates must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate. Responsible for overseeing inventory operations across the LATAM region for Stryker’s Orthopedics, Medical, and Neurovascular business lines, ensuring smooth and efficient inventory processes.Collaborate closely with the Demand Planning department monthly to enhance inventory planning, emphasizing customer satisfaction and adopting a customer-centric approach to inventory management.Create and execute action plans for clearing and selling excess inventory through inter-country or local transfers. Conduct data analysis to identify consumption trends, forecast future demand, and adjust inventory levels as needed.Maintain a high fill rate to ensure optimal inventory levels, meeting service level and inventory level KPIs, and ensuring timely product availability for customers.Collaborate with Trade Compliance to facilitate intercompany inventory movements, ensuring compliance with trade regulations during transfers.Utilize ERP systems and Excel for effective inventory planning and management, leveraging technology to streamline inventory processes.Measure customer satisfaction based on product availability, delivery, and complaints, adjusting inventory strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Develop and monitor performance reports and KPIs related to inventory, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.Ensure high service levels by closely monitoring and managing inventory availability to prevent stockouts and meet customer demands, aligning inventory management with service level goals. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degreeAdvanced level of English and SpanishPrevious experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Automative, Chemistry, Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Food industriesAdvanced skills in Excel and knowledge in any ERP (SAP, JDE, TOTVS)At least three years of experience working as a leader of people.
