What You Will DoThe IT Senior Technical Service Delivery Lead is responsible for leading technical deliverables of Stryker home-grown custom applications, such as EIM and Repsuite, developed on Heroku platform. This role consists of development of enhancements and bug fixes, architect solution per business requirements, work with CRM, ERP and Middleware cross teams to design, develop and maintain applications, work with project teams to review the solution, liaison effective build to run activities. This role also assists in administering Heroku platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and associated enterprise-wide applications and components. Recommends changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline, attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Architect, design, develop and maintain Stryker home-grown custom web and iOS mobile applications, such as EIM and Repsuite, on Heroku platform, Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the complex, high-performance, and scalable web and iOS mobile applications using React.js, React Native and associated libraries.Write, modify, and debug applications using the relevant tech stack for the React JS, React Native, TypeScript and Node.jsProficiently design, develop and manage Postgres – SQL DB solutions.Design, develop and troubleshoot integrations with Salesforce CRM and ERP applications using APIs, Heroku Connect.Offer best practices advice and recommendations to Managed Services team around overall React JS custom applications architecture and Heroku Platform strategy.Act as a subject matter expert in React.js and front-end development techniques.
