    Job Description The Role As a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing all or a specific portion of productive and/or non-productive materials, supplies, machinery, tooling and/or services. You will be responsible for actively developing commodity strategies, leading complex global sourcing strategies and negotiations with key supplier partners, developing and executing plans to meet direct material budget targets, and collaborating with many suppliers and internal partners.     Job Description Launch Quality Engineer - Squeak and Rattle Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Factory Zero on a full-time basis. The Role The Launch Quality Engineer - Squeak and Rattle role is responsible for leading squeak and rattle prevention, validation, issue identification, containment, root cause analysis, and countermeasure execution during launch. This position supports launch readiness, vehicle evaluation, issue documentation, and plant execution to protect customer quality and ensure robust process control through all key launch milestones. This role is being posted with primary responsibility for Squeak and Rattle and will also provide flexible backup support for other QE activity as needed. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Launch, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Operations teams to identify risk, drive problem solving, and ensure issues are escalated, documented, and resolved with urgency.
