Position Summary:  As a creative problem-solving leader within the EMEA SPP Team, the Business Architect will have the chance to drive a team of experts to craft solutions and vision that pursues prospects' most meaningful business problems. Ppartnering with cross functional resources such as Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering will allow you to be the voice of the field and drive innovation within Adobe. As part of this, you will tailor sales plays, use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value across Adobe’s three clouds in the customer's daily work stream. Solid technical knowledge across Adobe solutions (data & insights, campaign orchestration, journey orchestration, real time CDP (Customer Data Platform), personalization, content, workflow, and creative) will be key to your success. A track record of proven innovation and providing a unique vision to customers during presentations and as part of deliverables is a must. Deep experience in partnering with sales to drive customer change and innovation is a requirement. 5+ years’ experience as a solutions consultant or business architect is a requirement. Additionally, “customer side” experience is an asset that would bring credibility to our sales process and most importantly our customers. The Business Architect drives the discussions from Vision build to Technical Case, Business Case and Implementation Plan, which will feed a transformational discussion with the SPP qualified customers. The Business Architect works closely with the Strategic Pursuit Lead (SPL) and assists the field to meet the customer’s requirements and value expectations. This is a dynamic role that will allow the individual the freedom to tackle something new and exciting at each turn. This role will overlay across several SPP sales cycles and will engage with various account teams and surrounding resources, particularly the Digital Strategy Group, Solution Consultants, Adobe Consulting Services, and Partners. The Business Architect must be able to easily integrate into many different environments and team cultures, be comfortable with ambiguity, and ultimately play the role that is best for the customer, which may look slightly different with various engagements. Photoshop Product Manager Adobe’s Photoshop team is looking for an exceptionally talented and motivated Product Manager to help create the imaging tools of the future. A qualified candidate should have solid experience with product management tools and techniques, shipping products, and data and analytics and be accustomed to delivering solutions to ambiguous challenges. Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on feedback and data insights. Inspire and collaborate with engineering teams, marketing, support and partners to deliver the right product to the market. Navigate complex trade-offs between challenging priorities, resources, and timelines to make informed decisions that balance user needs and business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the creative design tool space. Use market insights to inform product decisions and find opportunities for innovation.   What you need to succeed:   Proven ability to assess market trends, identify customer problems, analyze new opportunities, and define product requirements to deliver successful products preferably in the consumer software products space Passionate about improving how creative people work, enabling them to be successful within cutting-edge digital mediums Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner Experience of agile software development practices within a large team environment Strong communication and inter-personal skills; proven record of working across teams with geographically remote team members Obsession for great user experiences and proven track record of working with design teams from ideation to delivery Education/Work Experience B.Tech/B.E in Engineering and MBA from a reputable institute Knowledge of design software like Illustrator, Photoshop is highly desirable 5-8 years of professional experience, with 3+ years of product management experience   If you're passionate about driving innovation in the imaging industry and possess the skills and experience outlined above, we'd love to hear from you!
