We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to scale Adobe’s presence in the largest US districts. In this role, the Activation Consultant removes the friction from students and educators accessing Adobe products via enablement of integrations, and delivery of login guides and access instructions and discoverability standard processes. This role will be instrumental in driving active use and success in using Adobe products with strategic accounts, helping thousands of teachers and students bring creativity into their classrooms. Job Description Summary Provides technical expertise through presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Assists account management in assessing applications to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. Contributes to and build product demonstrations to showcase how to launch delegations and integrations to customers. Provide software development and consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation. Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. Provide follow-up support to company field staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,800 -- $184,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The Optimization and Personalization team was formed to deliver industry-leading site enablement and customization capabilities while supporting the site analytics and performance tracking teams. What you'll do Deliver rich, optimized experiences across the Adobe.com web propertiesWork extensively in MS Word and Excel for managing contentDevelop using JavaScript (without any framework), CSS, and HTMLPartner strategically with product management and analytics teams to support A/B testing and web personalization strategyDiagnose and fix technical issues related to delivering custom site experiencesCollaborate with several teams including Product Management, Program Management, e-Commerce, Creative, and Engineering to ensure timely execution of web optimization strategy What you need to succeed BS Degree in Computer Science preferred or 5 years’ experience in web development or equivalent practical experienceDeep knowledge of and experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript (without any framework), CSS, and HTMLKnowledge of Git including branching, merging, and pull requestsKnowledge and experience working with A/B testingStrong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to detail, concise written and verbal communicationKnowledge of Adobe Experience Platform a plus Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
