This program implements a community-based adolescent support and counseling program for the adolescent dependents of U.S. Service members at U.S Military installations in the Pacific Rim. The essential clinical services include assessment, early intervention, and counseling services for adolescents and their families for AOD and other behavioral health risk factors.
