You will maintain system software and firmware revisions including patches, updates, and OS upgrades. You will analyze, diagnose, and respond to system problems and user questions related to running jobs on the HPC cluster. You will manage and maintain job scheduling managers Altair PBS Pro and IBM LSF. You will perform analysis tool upgrades and work with users to validate. (StarCCM, LsDyna, Ansys, Abaqus FPGA/ASIC Design tools, etc.) You will help develop and implement new technologies based on industry best practices. You will work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security compliance requirements. You will monitor system health and utilization metrics. Additional Responsibilities include: Participate in peer reviews of technical data and CDRL deliveries. Production and shipment of Technical Data Package (TDP) deliveries (digital and hard copy) consisting of technical manuals, engineering documentation, vendor documentation, and product drawings. Coordinate TDP deliveries with program team members. Order office supplies required for preparation and production of TDPs. Prepare Data Accession Lists and Master Document Lists. Edit and format technical documentation and presentations. Provide administrative assistance to Program Managers (PMs) and Project Engineers (PEs). Take minutes in customer meetings.
