Vice President, Professional Services APAC The Opportunity Adobe Digital Experience is making a significant investment in Customer Solutions and is seeking an experienced leader to continue our success. The Vice President of Professional Services APAC will be responsible for leading the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, Solution Architecture (SA), Consulting Delivery, and Professional Services Sales (PS Sales) organization. This role involves building, mentoring, and growing a geographically dispersed organization of about 170 individuals across the APAC region, supporting a USD $100M+ business. Consulting Delivery: Achieve PS revenue of USD $75M+ for FY25.Guide the Consulting Delivery team to ensure successful implementation of Adobe solutions for clients. Define strategies with Consulting Delivery leaders that establish strong value propositions, accelerate delivery, increase quality, ensure customer success. Develop and Manage Talent: Build, coach, and develop a world-class team capable of exceeding targets and forging strategic partnerships with customers. Develop a strong first-line management team to scale the organization. Foster a culture of rigorous sales discipline across sales engagement, pipeline development, and forecasting. Engage with Executives: Build strategic partnerships and mutual success plans with C-level and VP-level customers through well-scoped and implemented consulting services agreements. Serve as an executive point of escalation for customers. Optimize Processes: Enhance the Presales/Sales organization by creating transparent data collection and reporting infrastructure. Use this infrastructure to drive continuous improvement and positive change for customers across the organization (Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, Executive, and HR). Promote Skill Development: Be a champion for Check-In. Develop the teams' skills and depth, particularly in solution selling. What You Need to Succeed 15+ years of experience in Services/Consulting and sales-related roles, with at least 8 years in management. Experience leading a regional or distributed team of at least 150 individuals. Successful history of owning a revenue number of $65M+ or greater. Experience leading large, complex $1M+ deals. Proven experience in leading a high-growth global consulting practice with P&L responsibility within an enterprise software/SAAS business or digital technology services firm. Familiarity with Adobe Digital Experience products and/or other Digital Marketing products and digital transformation programs is a plus. Strong drive to solve customer problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals. Exceptional customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. In-depth understanding of typical use cases for Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, DAM, Mobile strategies, etc.). Superior influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to manage change within a regional matrix organization. Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and creating opportunities for business consulting and strategic engagements.
