GREF’s Workplace Design and Construction team is looking for a Preconstruction Manager for capital planning/tenant improvement and renovations. This role focuses on capital planning, renovations, and tenant improvements in owned and leased buildings. Capital planning includes long range planning through project initiation for base building improvements and renovations. This individual is responsible for scoping, design, and preconstruction activities. This individual will collaborate with internal GREF stakeholders and customers through the project planning and initiation phases to align on scope, budget, and schedule.
