To qualify for the role, you must have MBA / Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, information systems, or any related fields. Minimum 6–8 years of consulting or industry experience in supporting transformation, business process improvement, operating model, technology implementation, or Financial Services initiatives. Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale strategy and transformation initiatives with strong banking and/or insurance domain expertise. Deep understanding of business operations, demonstrated through successful delivery of projects in areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, customer experience, system implementation, and both Waterfall and Agile transformation methodologies. Demonstrated experience leading medium-to-large transformation programs and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Experience in vendor selection, ecosystem-led transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation is preferred. We are seeking for a high performing Senior Consultant to join our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team to support CFO Advisory services. Your key responsibilities Our CFO Advisory team provides advisory services to our client's financial management functions. Our team helps CFOs and businesses solve their most important current and emerging financial management problems. This includes helping them meet their objectives and manage risks by developing practical solutions that provide meaningful insights and building trust in effective decision-making. IFRS – USGAAP Conversion Services Finance Function Efficiency Improvement Project Management Reporting Budgeting and Modelling Quality Close & Hard Close Services Working Capital Improvement Projects Financial Architecture of ERP implementations such as Oracle and SAP Cost Accounting Design Predeal – Post deal finance integration New accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and 16, IAS 29 and IFRS 18 Finance Process Improvements Forecasted Cash Flow Zero Base Budgeting IPO Support What we look for A relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics Minimum 4 years’ experience in Audit and/or Accounting Advisory projects focused on production and service industries (non-FSI) Experience in Big 4 audit companies is an asset Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP Solid understanding of financial statements close process Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English Proficiency in using MS Office applications Professional accountancy qualification is an asset (SMMM, CPA, SPK) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment What we offer you At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
