Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence   Central/COE HR The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join the in-house Central/COE HR team at EY, HR Generalist with strong reporting/data analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, lead, and manage new talent programs and employee surveys, analyzing results to align with people strategies. Serve as the custodian of specific talent initiatives and processes at the Service Line (SL) level, driving their execution through HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Analyze diverse employee data gathered through different touchpoints in the internal systems to identify trends and insights relevant to the SL. Collaborate with HRBPs to implement corporate HR initiatives and gather real-time feedback from the ground. Engage with senior business leaders to align and secure sponsorship for talent initiatives. Monitor and evaluate initiative effectiveness, recommending improvements based on data and stakeholder input. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices to inform initiative development. Skills and Attributes for Success: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven insights. Confident in influencing senior business leaders and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Proven experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives, preferably in a COE or similar role. Deep understanding of HR principles to develop impactful programs. Skilled in leading employee surveys and translating findings into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with HRBPs and stakeholders. Proactive, innovative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you’ll also have Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
