The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity: We’re looking for candidates who can work with us as Experience Management (EM) POC for  assigned SET(s)/industry/sector teams to ensure timely execution of resource scheduling activities  and deliver highest quality scheduling support while meeting deployment timelines.     Overview The Resource Consultant is an important support role to Service Line Resource Deployment teams and the wider UK&I Resource Deployment network. The role provides an end to end Resourcing support both to the Resource Deployment team and to the business with a focus around Deployments, Forecasting, RVA Management, reporting and matching supply with demand, where required. This role is supervised by the SL Resource Deployment team and may work with several individuals on a day to day basis including some limited client facing contact with the business.    Your Key Responsibilities: Data, analytics & projects Draw critical insights via the SL Resource Deployment summary from EY Advance Weekly performance comparison of the service line with the forecast and actuals. Further research on producing summary of root causes of performance impacted areas. Follow up of Retain variances, driving greater retain compliance and escalating issues to Resource Deployment Lead Support the holiday management process by reviewing the Holiday Balance Dashboard and escalating instances of particularly high or over-planned holiday balances Utilise the CoE Analytics team for all ad hoc reporting requests   Supply Management Contribute to the chargeable hours and utilisation targets of the UK&I function – validating bookings ensuring that Retain is updated, dealing with booking errors and escalating capacity; Highlight issues with resource bookings, undertake basic conflict resolution and record changes for review by Resource Deployment team; Share capacity across the Resourcing network to maximise utilisation potential for the function; and Coordinate the stock count process (where applicable), escalating to the RDC onshore where necessary.    Demand Management Weekly validation of Retain non-confirmed bookings and de-tags, highlighting issues to SL Resource Deployment team; Resource supply with demand where required particularly at junior levels; Attend Resourcing and Operations meetings to ensure resourcing actions are accurately updated onto Retain; and Roll forward and maintain the Continuous Audit Planning tracker (CAP) where applicable.   Experience Management Support the onboarding process for new joiners and ensure Resourcing inductions and systems access are in place; Complete HR Leavers forms to ensure Headcount Forecaster accuracy; Support the adoption and increased use of competency, skills and CV repositories including My Competency and Discover; and Support with mandatory training requirements for client teams, this includes nominations based on rank and grade, allocating training sessions without causing clash with chargeable work and further coordinating training swap requests from the business. Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution. Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.   Skills and attributes for success: The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience validating AI systems, Agentic AI workflows, RAG applications, conversational AI solutions, and enterprise-scale AI platforms.   The individual will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, security, safety, and performance of AI systems while collaborating with AI engineers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to establish robust quality assurance practices across AI and Generative AI implementations.   Important note: This role requires professional implementation experience in relevant AI technologies. Personal portfolio projects, cloned demos, certifications, or tutorial-based builds are helpful, but are not sufficient on their own.   Application guidance: Candidates should be able to clearly explain at least two relevant AI implementations, including the business use case, their direct contribution, the technical approach, and the outcome delivered.     Your key responsibilities   Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and Agentic RAG systems. Validate integrations between AI systems, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Utilize RAG evaluation frameworks such as Ragas to measure retrieval quality, answer faithfulness, relevance, and response effectiveness. Develop testing dashboards, quality metrics, defect reporting processes, and continuous quality improvement practices. Collaborate closely with AI engineers and architects to identify quality risks and improve operational reliability. Contribute to quality standards, governance controls, testing accelerators, reusable frameworks, and best practices. Stay current with advancements in AI testing, evaluation methodologies, Agentic AI, AI security, and emerging quality assurance technologies.     Skills and Attributes:   Professional Experience   5–9+ years of total experience, including 3+ years of directly relevant hands-on experience in AI/ML, applied AI, or GenAI systems. Proven experience building production, pre-production, or enterprise pilot AI applications. Strong understanding of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including BCP/DRP principles, business impact analyses, recovery strategy development, and plan testing. Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including common threats, vulnerabilities, basic principles, and contributions to cybersecurity discussions. General Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, project management, organizational, leadership, client service, and business development skills.   Skills and attributes for success   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or in a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT audit, information security, or related fields. Strong knowledge of ITGC/ITAC, information security frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have: An undergraduate or graduate degree. A minimum of 5+ years of practical experience in delivering technology services including Technology/Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, System Implementation and Agile Software Development. Subject Matter Expert (SME)/proficient in at least one Enterprise Architecture Domain (Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Integration).
