Define location strategy, operating models, pricing, and talent acquisition for the Change Management practice. Identify root causes of complex organizational challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage creative problem-solving. Maintain a sharp focus on cost competitiveness and delivery excellence. Knowledge and Skills Requirements Deep expertise in Change Management, HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation. Familiarity with HCM cloud platforms (Oracle, SAP) and digital change solutions (automation, analytics, gamification). Certifications such as PROSCI®, APMG, or equivalent preferred. Proven ability to sell and deliver large-scale transformation projects across industries. Experience in instructional design, learning enablement, and upskilling/reskilling interventions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Cross-cultural awareness and experience working in global, distributed teams. Job Requirements Education & Experience: Postgraduate degree or equivalent with specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad). 18+ years of relevant experience in Change Management and HR Transformation. Job DescriptionLocation: Dublin Available for Work Visa Sponsorship: No Business Area: UK&I Assurance Contract Type: Full-Time – Permanent The Resource Deployment Consultant will work within the Ireland Resource Management team supporting the Ireland Assurance Service Line. The role is to coordinate the allocation of client facing resources to client work in Dublin Audit. This role provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to gain insights and experience in the planning process and demand management of client facing resources. The RDC is the first point of contact and go-to person for all resource matters on a day-to-day basis, with primary contacts including Managers and Partners. The RDC is responsible for escalating any issues and concerns to their Resource Manager but is expected to resolve issues themselves in the majority. Responsibilities Review all requests within 48 hours to prioritise and acknowledge receipt Manage the allocation of all chargeable roles Mediate between conflicting requests and present creative solutions to resolve Oversee non-chargeable activities, eg. vacation, study leave etc Ensure new joiners are allocated to chargeable work following their induction period Carry out weekly review of prior week performance, feeding insights into Resource Manager and agreeing any necessary actions Assess availability and proactively escalate capacity issues to the Resource Manager Review non-chargeable time and highlight any areas of concern to the Resource Manager Participate in Resource Management team meetings Ideally, you will have experience of working in resourcing, workflow, general HR or operations. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate. Experience of working in a professional services environment would be an advantage but not a requirement.
