Tijdens transacties — zoals fondsenwervingen, fusies en overnames, of beursintroducties (IPO's) — wordt van de financiële organisatie verwacht dat zij tijdige, nauwkeurige inzichten en betrouwbare gegevens levert ter ondersteuning van strategische besluitvorming. Veel bedrijven hebben echter moeite om aan deze eisen te voldoen onder druk, wat kan leiden tot gemiste investeringskansen en een verlies van aandeelhoudersvertrouwen.   Met jouw kennis en ervaring in finance, accounting en/of control speel jij, samen met het T&A-team, een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van bedrijven bij het aanpakken van de uitdagingen waarmee hun financiële organisatie wordt geconfronteerd vóór, tijdens of na een transactie. Daarnaast begeleid je hen bij het opbouwen van de financiële capaciteiten die nodig zijn voor hun volgende groeifase en strategische ambities.   Voorbeelden van activiteiten waaraan je zult bijdragen zijn onder andere het ondersteunen van bedrijven met: Het identificeren en verhelpen van obstakels tijdens de levenscyclus van een transactie, door: Het voorbereiden en structureren van financiële informatie die essentieel is voor de transactie Het coördineren van diverse interne en externe stakeholders gedurende het transactieproces - waaronder auditors, externe adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen - met als doel een soepele voortgang, tijdige besluitvorming en afstemming op kritieke mijlpalen Het opbouwen van een duurzame basis voor de volgende groeifases door: Het formaliseren van kernprocessen en internal controls binnen Finance-Operations, zoals Purchase-to-Pay of Record-to-Report Het analyseren van het huidige doelbedrijfsmodel (Target Operating Model) van de financiële organisatie en het identificeren van verbeterpunten om de effectiviteit, schaalbaarheid en strategische alignment van de financiële organisatie te versterken Jouw nieuwe team | Over je collega’s en het kantoor Jouw team Ons team werkt zowel op ons kantoor in Amsterdam als op locatie bij de klant, waardoor je de zakelijke dynamiek en sector van dichtbij kunt ervaren. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence   Demonstrated understanding of indirect tax frameworks and compliance requirements. Ability to analyze tax implications of various transactions within the TMT sector. Proficient in conducting thorough research on tax regulations and legislative changes. Experience in assisting with the preparation and review of tax returns and filings.
