This role will focus on building scalable learning solutions, developing high-quality enablement content, and supporting practitioners through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. Organization and Workforce Transformation comprise of professionals who provides service offerings corresponding to Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Leadership and Culture.   Your Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain enablement assets such as: How-to build videos Playbooks, guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs Training modules and learning content Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and enablement workshops for practitioners Manage demo environments and support setup for training sessions and client demos Track activation metrics including: Opportunities and engagements Training completion and participation Adoption and usage trends Triage and resolve SharePoint/platform-related queries and escalate issues where required Support practitioners with platform usage, troubleshooting, and best practices Create and maintain activation and pursuit collateral (presentations, demos, client-ready content) Manage and grow the super-user community by: Providing ongoing support and handholding Driving engagement and participation Supporting regional champions Collaborate with global teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align activation initiatives Analyze activation data and provide insights to improve adoption and enablement effectiveness Manage and monitor Synthesia usage for creating standardized communication, training, and knowledge assets Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
