Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while coaching and empowering end users. Excellent written communication skills with experience developing learning resources, user guides and process documentation. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Postoperative Care Support safe patient recovery by assisting with extubating, ongoing assessment, and ensuring patients are stable for transfer to the recovery unit. Provide comprehensive clinical handover to the recovery team, including details of the anaesthetic provided, intraoperative events, and any postoperative considerations. Deliver effective postoperative pain management and monitor for complications or adverse effects, escalating concerns as appropriate. About you Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
