The opportunity We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Development Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries. Drive platform optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow developers and technical consultants. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, career development planning, and resource allocation. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations. Contribute to practice growth initiatives, accelerators, reusable assets, and capability development. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ServiceNow services within existing client accounts. To qualify for the role, you must have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. 3+ years of experience leading development teams or managing technical consultants. Proven experience delivering projects within a consulting, information technology or professional services environment. Experience managing client-facing engagements and executive stakeholders. Strong expertise across ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
