Our school was founded in 2004 and has been an IB World School since 2008. We now have 200 students in our school from grade 1 to grade 10 (6-16 years). Fagerhaug International School opened its doors in August 2013, becoming the first International school in Northern Trondelag. It started with 11 students and has increased its population to nearly 90 at the start of 2018/2019. NICE is a part of the Fagerhaug Education Center which also houses Fagerhaug Christian School. Our school and kindergarten provide an English-speaking education for children aged 4-16 living in Trondheim, central Norway. Asker International School is a new school recently established within the municipality of Asker kommune. The school first opened its doors in August 2013. Starting with 5 grades and expanding vertically every year, the school offers an IB structured curriculum. The school started in 2013 with 39 students and 8 employees. The British School of Stavanger was founded in 1977 and has developed into a genuinely international school over the years. The school was initially established to educate the children of the first North Sea oil workers in the area, but it quickly grew moving to its current premises in 1981.
