Job DescriptionAmazon's Retail Business Services (RBS) Learning & Development (L&D) team is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Training Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing L&D initiatives that support the business objectives of RBS within assigned Business Unit(s).This role will drive training delivery, develop and implement standard work practices, and improve quality and performance results with a focus on core learning programs (Management and Leadership development, Executive Development learning technology training), and Training Return on Investment (ROI). Job DescriptionAWS Professional Services (ProServe) is looking to hire a senior transformation leader with deep consulting and delivery pedigree and a passion for delivering measurable and lasting impact. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI and cloud transformation programs for APJC’s most strategic customers, translating C-suite priorities into executable strategies and tangible business outcomes.You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technical innovation, and large-scale program execution. You will shape transformation roadmaps, navigate ambiguity, assemble high-performing delivery teams, and serve as the strategic partner on program health to senior customer and AWS executives. You will extend strategic leadership and commercial acumen to drive successful execution across complex stakeholder landscapes and realize program success.In this capacity, you will be based in Singapore and may be required to travel or be at customer sites up to 50% of the time. Basic Qualifications:- 8+ years of cloud computing experience- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences- Proven track record of delivering large-scale ($20M+) digital transformation programs- Experience developing and delivering high-impact executive communications, business cases, and narratives- Experience orchestrating delivery across complex, multi-party, and matrixed environments involving partners, with strong technical background with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field Preferred Qualifications:- Scaled Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum@Scale) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP)- Hands-on experience with AWS services, architectures, and best practices in enterprise-scale environmentsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
