Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field- 5+ years in manufacturing or related fields- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers. Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments. Experience delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing- Experience with the project management of technical projects. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, or experience managing teams- Experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process improvement roles. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
