We are seeking an experienced change management expert to drive the change across the Amazon Ads organization. In this highly visible role, you will develop the change management strategy to build awareness and knowledge about the change among product, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams and the desire to adopt the change. You will apply industry best practices in change management, authoring documents to outline your strategy and drive leadership alignment on the same. The world's brightest technology minds come to Amazon.com to research and develop technology that improves the lives of shoppers and sellers around the world.Amazon's Benefit Experience and Technology (BXT) organization supports the global workforce through benefits administration, vendor management, and operational reconciliation — ensuring employees across all regions receive accurate, timely benefits services.Key job responsibilities• Perform monthly reconciliation of benefits vendor invoices against employee enrollment data, contract terms, and payment records across global geographies• Validate invoice amounts, service periods, GL strings, and vendor details to ensure completeness and accuracy of vendor payments• Investigate and resolve variances, document root causes, and escalate to Benefit Managers and Finance for resolution• Support ad-hoc reconciliation requests from Benefits Managers and Payroll teams across multiple regions• Identify and flag system/reporting issues (e.g., data quality errors, incorrect report generation) and coordinate with upstream teams for resolution• Maintain reconciliation trackers, audit trails, and variance logs to support compliance and GRC controls• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounts Payable, Benefits Managers, and Specialty Services• Support process standardization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enable automation readiness• Communicate with vendors as needed for invoice clarifications and payment follow-upsA day in the life• Extracting invoice and payment data from internal systems (Creature, Gas Tank, Oracle) and reconciling against expected amounts• Investigating discrepancies between vendor invoices and employee enrollment records• Coordinating with Benefits Managers on ad-hoc reconciliation requests for specific countries• Documenting variances and preparing escalation summaries for unresolved items• Supporting the team in identifying process improvement opportunities and standardizing reconciliation workflows• Communicating with vendors for missing invoices, rejected invoice follow-ups, and payment confirmations Basic Qualifications:- 4+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization- Experience in stakeholder and communication management- experience with contracting support across multiple vendors Preferred Qualifications:- Experience using Oracle, or experience in accounts receivable or account payable- Benefit administration experience especially LATAM region- Familiarity with GRC controls and compliance documentationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
