      1. UkrSURT was founded in September 1930 on the base of the Kharkiv Institute of Engineers of Railway Transport. UkrSURT is a modern educational establishment of IV- the accreditation level with a high international reputation in industry the worlds and scientific research. More than 10 thousand students study at the University, including international students, that get a baccalaureate, master's degree, or sciences candidate. The University unites 35 departments, including 20 graduating. All departments actively cooperate with the branch industrial enterprises of Ukraine and foreign countries. The University has a stationary, correspondence and distant form of studies. At the University there work the institute of retraining and in-plant training. The University has four modern educational corps with the well-equipped laboratories, scientific and technical library on 1,5 million, media folder, computer centres, sports halls, first-aid post and seven dormitories. Five hundred seventeen teachers work at the University, 354 of which have a scientific degree (67 professors of doctors of sciences, 329 associate professors of candidates of sciences) 18 members and nine members-correspondents of branch academies of Ukraine and other countries give lectures. Teachers and research workers of the University promote the qualification and give lectures in the CIS and other countries' educational establishments. The advanced studies are published in prestige foreign editions. The University is the active participant of European projects in the branch of science and education. The University executes training on the European program TEMPUS IV "Master's Degree of Infrastructure and Exploitation of High-speed Transport". University publishes nine scientific collections and two scientific journals registered in international scientific metric databases. The University prepares specialists on 22 directions of preparation on six faculties. Five of those have graduating departments: Faculty of Automation, Teleautomatics and Connection, Faculty of Management of Transportations Processes, Building Faculty, Mechanical Faculty, and Faculty of Economy of Transport. Four specialized scientists of council work of defence of candidate's and doctoral dissertations work at the University: by the speciality "Telecommunication systems and networks" by the specialities "Building constructions", "Building materials and wares" by the specialities "Transport systems", "Rolling stock of railways and traction of trains", "Exploitation and repair of facilities of transport" by the specialities "Economy and management of the national economy", "Economy and management of the enterprises."
      2. Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University started its development on March 27, 1920 as the first institution of Luhansk to prepare engineers machine-building enterprises. It had two faculties (machine-building and electrotechnical) with 20 teachers and 132 students. During the World War II (1941-1945), the HEI was evacuated to Omsk. It became the basis for the present Omsk Technical University. After returning to Luhansk, the HEI renewed almost from scratch. By 1960, it had been reorganized several times by joining other educational institutions, enlarging and renaming, and that year it received the pre-war name Luhansk Machine-Building Institute. Volodymyr Dahl EUNU was one of the first universities in Ukraine, which in 2004 joined The Magna Charta of European Universities in Bologna. The next year Ukraine joined the Bologna process. In 2010, V. Dahl EUNU was granted the highest status in Ukraine for outstanding scientific activities – self-governing (autonomous) research university. There are only 14 such universities in Ukraine. The University was one of the largest educational institutions in the country in terms of number of students (more than 35 thousand), teaching staff (more than 900 doctors and professors) and material and technical resources (57 buildings). The structure of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University included 8 institutes, 17 departments, colleges, technical schools in nine cities of Ukraine, including three cities in the Crimea. There were 110 branches of departments in industries, Centre for Retraining Managerial Staff for Entrepreneurship, Research Institutes for Applied Ecology and Control Systems, 40 research laboratories, 7 educational, and scientific and industrial complexes, 18 educational complexes, a publishing house with a printing office, a television studio, a business centre, etc. The unique scientific library had more than one million copies. Repository consisting of 3000 publications was registered in the international registry of free access resources. It occupied a rightful place in the international Webometrics Ranking of World Universities. It took the 9th place among 39 Ukrainian repositories. The powerful material and technical base was located in 57 academic and laboratory buildings with the total area of 230 thousand sq. m. During the educational process, students used about 3200 modern computers. The University also had a health and recreation resort with 100 places, recreation centres in five cities of Ukraine, most of which were in the Crimea (Yevpatoria, Feodosia and Yalta, Skadovsk) and on the Seversky Donets River 8 dormitories with 4000 seats, 6 canteens with 824 seats, 12 coffee bars with 452 seats, medical posts. The University had stadiums, sports buildings, summer sports facilities, etc. for sports and physical education classes. Women’s University team “Nika-VDEUNU” won the Cup of Ukraine 16 times, and was the silver medallist of the European Cup.
      3. International students' training is one of the top priorities of the state policy for many countries, including Ukraine, transferring its cultural and national values through educational services for foreign citizens. HSEE of Ukraine "Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy" is one of the most active medical HEIs in this context. During its existence, the Academy has acquired lots of positive experience in internationalization of higher medical education, particularly in the organization of the educational process for the proper training of medical professionals for other countries. Since 2002 the Faculty council and methodical cycle committee for international students training has been operating in the Academy. Its main functions are developing the methodical foundations of foreign students training and its quality control in the departments. Starting from 2004, the training in specialities "Medicine" and "Dentistry" has been carried out in English. The Academy's Administration selects the most experienced educators from some professors who efficiently use the material and technical tools and apply innovative learning technologies to provide quality education to international students. International students actively take part in amateur performances, sports life and scientific work of the Academy. Students of the Faculty of Foreign Students Training often won prizes at student conferences with presentations in English and Russian. During its existence, the Faculty trained highly experienced medical professionals for more than 50 countries.
      4. South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky was established as Pedagogical Institute at Richelieu Lyceum in Odesa on 2 May 1817. Since that time, its name has been changed several times (Teacher's Institute, Institute of Public Education, Odesa State Pedagogical Institute named after K. D. Ushynsky, South Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky) it has been liquidated and reestablished. Before 1941, the University was one of the biggest in Odesa in terms of the number of students and the leading one in the USSR in terms of quality of teachers training. During World War II, it was the only pedagogical educational institution relocated to Turkmenistan by the Resolution of the Government and continued its work there. By the Resolution of the Ukraine Government, the University was named after distinguished scientist-educator Kostiantyn Ushynsky for its outstanding service in training teachers. In 1970, Odesa State Pedagogical Institute named after K. D. Ushynsky was awarded Certificate of Appreciation of the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. At present, there are 12 academicians, almost 70 Doctors of Sciences, professors 18 lecturers educators hold the titles of Honorary Workers of Science, Education, Arts and Sports they are laureates of state prizes. A significant number of scientists have received international awards they are members of various national and international academies, communities and associations. The University is proud of its sports achievements: 25 Olympic champions, more than 50 champions and winners of European and World Championships, 29 Honoured Coaches and Masters of Sports of USSR, Ukraine, etc. The University is well-known far beyond the country it collaborates with educational and research institutions of various countries. There is International Distance Learning Centre, the only one in the south of Ukraine's educational research, information and cultural centres of Israel, Turkey, the USA, Lithuania, People's Republic of China (Confucius Institute). Lecturers and students participate in more than 30 international projects. The University is a coordinator of project studies according to international programmes TEMPUS, Visegrad Fund, Fund "Ukraine-Norway", etc. There are almost 500 lecturers together with foreign professors working at 38 departments. Scholar schools established at the University are well-known in Ukraine and abroad for their achievements in pedagogy, psychology, physics, and mathematics. There are 7 Specialized Academic Councils for defending candidate's and doctor's theses in 12 specialities. Postgraduate training programmes are offered in 34 specialities; one can take a doctoral training programme in 11 specialities. The University facilitates holding more than 30 international and all-Ukraine research conferences every year and regularly publishes six scholarly journals. The University is proud of its outstanding educators-scholars, students and graduates, who have contributed a lot to the development of science and education globally.
      5. Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy is a modern specialized educational and scientific centre licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Education and Ukraine. The Academy is widely known outside Ukraine; it is the member of the International Organization of Engineering Pedagogics (IGIP). The history of the Academy began in 1958. It has an invariably high level of specialists training based on engineering knowledge, and in-depth psychological-pedagogical training receive engineering and pedagogical specialities. It provides the graduates of the Academy with the chance to carry out important social, professional, production and technological activity on ensuring a high level of training in the system of professional education: teachers, methodologists, masters of industrial training in professional vocational institutions (vocational schools, colleges, technical training colleges, lyceums and comprehensive schools) and highly-skilled engineers for the industrial enterprises. Today the Academy comprises more than 5 thousand students who study at five faculties of the Academy. Departments of the Academy provide students training on the humanities, fundamental, general engineering and particular disciplines. The Academy consists of Educational Scientific Professional Pedagogics Institute situated in Bahmut city. The educational system in the Academy carries out continuous multilevel training on educational and qualifying levels: Bachelor – Master. Students of full and part-time departments in the Academy can receive the second speciality and a working professional. The system of scientific-pedagogical personnel's training, which includes doctoral candidacy and postgraduate course operates effectively. In the Academy there are scientific students' organizations and circles of amateur performance which give the chance to realize hobbies and widen the scope of interests. Sport is an inseparable part of student's life. Students who arrived for studies from different regions of Ukraine and international students live in 3 hostels. In Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy there are all conditions for the development of scientific schools in the field of pedagogics and engineering psychology, there are also four specialized academic councils on the defence of Ph. Theses. The functioning Center of training of the international teachers-engineers, the scientific and methodical Center of engineering-pedagogical education. The Academy library has one of the largest in Kharkiv funds of educational, educational and methodical, scientific and fiction literature (more than 900 thousand copies). There are three reading rooms in the library, 2 of which are situated in students' hostels. For its existence, Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy prepared more than 70 thousand specialists working in Ukraine, CIS countries, and other foreign countries. During one academic year (2 semesters of training), students studying the Ukrainian (Russian) language, receive necessary knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and other fundamental sciences. The Academy maintains numerous international relations in the field of training of engineering-pedagogical personnel. The European Monitoring Committee of the International Organization of Engineering Pedagogics (IGIP) was created based on the Academy. It provides the Academy with the opportunity to prepare European teachers. Nowadays more than 80 scientists of leading engineering educational establishments of Ukraine already received a title «ING-PAED IGIP». Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy is one of the Regional Center of Modular Principle of Working Professions' Training on the International Labour Organization's system (Geneva). HSEE of Ukraine "Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy" is one of the most active medical HEIs in this context. During its existence, the Academy has acquired lots of positive experience in internationalization of higher medical education, particularly in the organization of the educational process for the proper training of medical professionals for other countries. Since 2002 the Faculty council and methodical cycle committee for international students training has been operating in the Academy. Its main functions are developing the methodical foundations of foreign students training and its quality control in the departments. Starting from 2004, the training in specialities "Medicine" and "Dentistry" has been carried out in English. The Academy's Administration selects the most experienced educators from some professors who efficiently use the material and technical tools and apply innovative learning technologies to provide quality education to international students.       9. Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy is a modern specialized educational and scientific centre licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Education and Ukraine. The Academy is widely known outside Ukraine; it is the member of the International Organization of Engineering Pedagogics (IGIP). The history of the Academy began in 1958. It has an invariably high level of specialists training based on engineering knowledge, and in-depth psychological-pedagogical training receive engineering and pedagogical specialities. It provides the graduates of the Academy with the chance to carry out important social, professional, production and technological activity on ensuring a high level of training in the system of professional education: teachers, methodologists, masters of industrial training in professional vocational institutions (vocational schools, colleges, technical training colleges, lyceums and comprehensive schools) and highly-skilled engineers for the industrial enterprises. Today the Academy comprises more than 5 thousand students who study at five faculties of the Academy. Departments of the Academy provide students training on the humanities, fundamental, general engineering and particular disciplines. The Academy consists of Educational Scientific Professional Pedagogics Institute situated in Bahmut city. The educational system in the Academy carries out continuous multilevel training on educational and qualifying levels: Bachelor – Master. Students of full and part-time departments in the Academy can receive the second speciality and a working professional. The system of scientific-pedagogical personnel's training, which includes doctoral candidacy and postgraduate course operates effectively. In the Academy there are scientific students' organizations and circles of amateur performance which give the chance to realize hobbies and widen the scope of interests. In Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy there are all conditions for the development of scientific schools in the field of pedagogics and engineering psychology, there are also four specialized academic councils on the defence of Ph. The Academy library has one of the largest in Kharkiv funds of educational, educational and methodical, scientific and fiction literature (more than 900 thousand copies). For its existence, Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy prepared more than 70 thousand specialists working in Ukraine, CIS countries, and other foreign countries. The Academy maintains numerous international relations in the field of training of engineering-pedagogical personnel. The European Monitoring Committee of the International Organization of Engineering Pedagogics (IGIP) was created based on the Academy.       10. South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky was established as Pedagogical Institute at Richelieu Lyceum in Odesa on 2 May 1817. Since that time, its name has been changed several times (Teacher's Institute, Institute of Public Education, Odesa State Pedagogical Institute named after K. D. Ushynsky, South Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky) it has been liquidated and reestablished. Before 1941, the University was one of the biggest in Odesa in terms of the number of students and the leading one in the USSR in terms of quality of teachers training. During World War II, it was the only pedagogical educational institution relocated to Turkmenistan by the Resolution of the Government and continued its work there. By the Resolution of the Ukraine Government, the University was named after distinguished scientist-educator Kostiantyn Ushynsky for its outstanding service in training teachers.
