The CSL Vifor Field Based Medical Advisor is an external-facing scientific expert on certain company product(s) and therapeutic area with the main responsibility of scientific engagement. This consists of the establishment and maintenance of ethical and highly scientific peer to peer relationships with HCPs based on high-quality reactive response to medical inquiries as well as proactive engagement with relevant HCPs through meaningful scientific exchange. We are seeking a skilled digital transformation professional who will spearhead our customer experience strategy across different customer groups for our Company. The Area Manager is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products and for managing all aspects of territory business development. Area Manager will cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers to include: Health Care Professionals (HCP), hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners. Area Manager will create demand for promoted products while demonstrating strong clinical knowledge. Southwest: AZ,NM,NV,UT,ID, WA As a field-based expert in educating and training external healthcare providers (HCPs) on infusion techniques and CSL products, the Infusion Science Specialist (ISS) leverages medical-scientific knowledge, clinical expertise, and professional relationships with key clinicians, homecare and specialty pharmacies and ancillary supply manufacturers to develop a continuum of advocacy for CSL Behring products. ISS will develop infusion therapy educational programs to meet the needs of external customers and internal functions. Travel up to 70% and can include weekends. Mid Atlantic=OH, PA, NJ, MA, DE & D.C. area As a field-based expert in educating and training external healthcare providers (HCPs) on infusion techniques and CSL products, the Infusion Science Specialist (ISS) leverages medical-scientific knowledge, clinical expertise, and professional relationships with key clinicians, homecare and specialty pharmacies and ancillary supply manufacturers to develop a continuum of advocacy for CSL Behring products. Position Purpose: This position is responsible for the equipment reliability and maintenance strategy of utility and manufacturing equipment through continuous monitoring of equipment operational performance and implementing actions needed for improvement (Reliability-Centered Maintenance). Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations by applying data analysis techniques (statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, fault tree analysis, Six Sigma (6σ) methodology, etc.), root cause analysis (RCA), root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system (FRACAS). Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1. Serves as the technical lead and supports the improvement of equipment in the plant. Develop, implement and maintain equipment maintenance strategy and plans for plant equipment.Perform continuous improvement of maintenance PM’s, BOM’s and Spare Parts in support of compliance with applicable regulationsRecommend and implement measures through global initiatives to improve equipment that support utility and manufacturing operations in a dynamic, fast-paced cGMP, biotechnology environment.
