Position Description Summary The Manager, Global Labeling Associate (GLA) focuses on end-to-end non-US/Central EU​ (Most of World) labeling development and implementation. This position provides innovation ​and technical expertise for the creation, maintenance and implementation of labeling to meet ​country-specific egulatory requirements and effectively manages labeling operations​ globally. Nous recherchons un professionnel des affaires réglementaires et de la pharmacovigilance pour rejoindre Seqirus France. Rattaché au Directeur Affaires Pharmaceutiques – Pharmacien Responsable, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conformité réglementaire et la qualité des activités du laboratoire. Affaires Réglementaires Contrôle des documents d'information (promotionnels/ non promotionnels) : Pour les produits Seqirus France : Réaliser le contrôle des documents promotionnels et non promotionnels, Préparer et animer les réunions transversales MMR (Médico Marketing Règlementaires), S'assurer de la soumission de toutes les demandes de visa aux Autorités de Santé dans les délais impartis, Valider les LP (Liste Positives) avant la signature par le Pharmacien Responsable, Assurer le suivi, en lien avec le département des ventes, marketing, médical et affaires économiques, en coordination avec les membres du département des affaires pharmaceutiques. Dossiers d'AMM et mentions légales : Déposer et/ou suivre les dépôts des dossiers d'AMM, de variations, de renouvellement des spécialités Seqirus France, avec le Département Affaires Réglementaires Internationales du Groupe, Gérer et rédiger les mentions légales des spécialités, Participer à la réalisation et l'approbation des articles de conditionnement, Participer au suivi des opérations réglementaires, Valider les monographies VIDAL, Compléter la check list de mise à jour de l'information produit et anticiper si besoin les différentes actions. Divers : Participer à la rédaction / mise à jour des procédures relatives aux responsabilités du poste et de la filiale à la demande du Pharmacien Responsable, Participer aux divers projets de l'entreprise, Participer à la veille réglementaire sur, entre autres, la publicité, les enregistrements / variations, les DMOS/Publication des liens d'intérêt, la charte de l'information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments, la concurrence, Préparer et animer des sessions de formation sur vos activités auprès des collaborateurs (DMOS, Contrôle PUB...), Participer au processus de certification de l'activité d'information promotionnelle du laboratoire, Contribuer à la préparation du dossier Etat des lieux pour la filiale. En l’absence du Pharmacien Responsable : (liste non exhaustive) Gestion du système qualité Assurer le suivi des lots Traiter les réclamations qualité produit, Traiter les déviations, et les écarts qualité, Participer à la préparation aux audits internes, et externes et aux Inspections des autorités de santé, Réalisation d'audits internes et externes selon le planning d'audit annuel préalablement établi, Réaliser les Actions Correctives et Préventives relevant de la fonction, s'assurer de la réalisation des CAPAs. Rédiger les procédures en lien avec les activités de la fonction et participer à la rédaction des procédures du département, Assurer la levée de quarantaine des produits exploités, Gestion des Change-Control concernant les médicaments ou opérations pharmaceutiques, Suivi des indicateurs qualité de l'entreprise, Rédiger et coordonner la rédaction de la revue qualité de direction annuelle, Revue des APR/PQR pour les produits exploités, Participer à la revue et rédaction des Quality Agreement/Cahier des Charges pharmaceutiques Veille réglementaire Participer à la veille réglementaire sur, entre autres, la publicité, les enregistrements/variations, la LEA/publication des liens d'intérêt, la Charte de l'information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments, Se tenir informé de l'évolution de la réglementation Mettre à jour ses connaissances scientifiques Certification de la visite médicale/de l'information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments Participer au processus de certification de la visite médicale du laboratoire Activités transverses Participer aux réconciliations avec l'Information médicale et la Pharmacovigilance, Gestion Electronique Documentaire : formation des utilisateurs référents de chaque département, et s'assurer de la bonne utilisation du système de GED, Participer aux divers projets de l'entreprise en accord avec la fonction Pharmacovigilance : Les missions du RPV (LSO) sont détaillées à l’article R. 5121-164 du CSP. Il lui incombe notamment de : Mettre en place et gérer le système de pharmacovigilance sur le territoire national ; Conformément aux réglementations nationales et aux politiques de GSPV. Utilise un ensemble de sources diverses et robustes, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la veille réglementaire, les mesures d'amélioration continue, les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) ainsi que les résultats d’audits/inspections, afin de faire évoluer et d'améliorer le système PV local. Assure une supervision complète de toutes les activités locales de pharmacovigilance menées chez CSL et établit un cadre solide pour évaluer les risques potentiels, suivre les tendances et gérer les signaux de sécurité. Veiller sur le territoire national : À la maitrise du système de pharmacovigilance dans son ensemble ; Au respect des obligations qui lui incombent en matière de pharmacovigilance, notamment : • de déclaration des cas d’effets indésirables, de transmission des rapports périodiques actualisés de sécurité (PSUR) ; • de mise en œuvre du système de gestion des risques ; • de mise en œuvre et de mise à jour des mesures décrites dans le plan de gestion des risques européen au niveau national ainsi que des mesures spécifiques sur le territoire national demandées par l’ANSM, telles qu'une surveillance renforcée ou des activités de réduction de risque, ainsi que de surveiller les résultats des mesures de réduction des risques ; • de mise en œuvre des conditions imposées par l’AMM, notamment la réalisation et le suivi des études de sécurité post-AMM. À ce que toute demande de l’ANSM et/ou des CRPV et CEIP-A, visant à obtenir des informations complémentaires nécessaires à l’exercice de la pharmacovigilance, soit suivie d’une réponse complète dans les délais impartis ; Mettre en place les mesures nécessaires à la détection et à la validation des signaux et coopérer à l’évaluation d’un signal confirmé, conformément aux modalités décrites au module IX des GVP incluant l’estimation de l’incidence des effets indésirables suspectés (ou à défaut le taux de notifications) ; Disposer des éléments lui garantissant la maitrise des systèmes informatisés utilisés dans le cadre de l’exécution des activités de pharmacovigilance, de leur validation et de leur maintien à l'état validé. Participe localement à la détection des signaux de Pharmacovigilance. Organise et prépare les comités de bon usage du médicament. Par ailleurs, le RPV s’assure de la mise à jour régulière de l’information sur les médicaments ou produits de Seqirus France au regard des données de pharmacovigilance recueillies, et évaluées et des connaissances scientifiques actuelles. Encadrement des Avantages et Transparence des Liens : La Réglementation et la Position d'Entreprise : Respecter les lois, règlements et règles de compliance, Directives, Code de conduite, politiques internes et procédures standards du Groupe CSL. Contribuer à la définition de la politique LEA/ Transparence et des interactions entre la filiale, les professionnels de santé et organisations de santé ainsi que de la déclaration auprès des Instances concernées : Mise en place et suivi des règles, de KPI, ... Contribuer à l'élaboration de positions d'entreprise / recommandations. Valider les interactions entre la filiale, les professionnels de Santé, les organismes de santé et en étant le point de contact LEA/ Transparence des Instances Ordinales et autres autorités, Garantir la qualité des données de Transparence et coordonner les opérations réalisées par le prestataire externe en charge des déclarations. S’assurer de la bonne publication par le prestataire en charge sur le site officiel de la Transparence des Liens dans les délais impartis. Assurer une veille de la réglementation LEA et Transparence (LEEM, EFPIA, ... ) Le cas échéant, participer aux groupes de travail LEEM ou AFAR. L'accompagnement des équipes : Conseiller sur la faisabilité des projets intégrant des professionnels de santé et organismes de santé au regard de la réglementation. Conseiller les collaborateurs sur toute demande ayant trait à la réglementation LEA et les process associés. Aider les collaborateurs sur les réponses et échanges avec les Instances ordinales et autres autorités. Former et sensibiliser les collaborateurs à la réglementation LEA & Transparence ainsi qu’aux règles et process associés. Pilotage du prestataire en charge de l'activité LEA et transparence des liens. Interlocuteur du Global (opérations cross-border). L'amélioration des processus, règles et outils : Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus, y compris la mise à jour des documents qualité, au déploiement des règles et des outils internes associés en fonction des actualités réglementaires et des positions d'entreprise. Pilotage des activités sous traitées au prestataire en charge de la LEA et de la Transparence des liens. Contribuer à la définition, la mise en place et au suivi des contrôles internes / audits externes LEA/Transparence : élaboration et optimisation d'une méthodologie de contrôle et de la documentation associée, réalisation des contrôles. Profil recherché Niveau de formation : Docteur en Pharmacie Mastère en réglementation pharmaceutique et/ou DU de pharmacovigilance Expérience Professionnelle : Expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans en Affaires Réglementaires et Pharmacovigilance sur les différentes missions du poste (Enregistrement, Contrôle des supports de communication et PV) Inscriptible « exploitant » à la Section B  (Industrie) de l’Ordre des Pharmaciens.
