Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence   · Managing office of the Partner (Practice Leader) · Managing communication - responding responsibly to emails / communications with internal and external stakeholders · Own and manage administrative operations with excellent business / commercial acumen · Main KRA will be to free up Partner's and practice team's bandwidth from routine and operational activities · Coordinating and supporting client facing teams, managers, HR, Accounts, Admin and IT for day to day work · Providing timely and effective support to Partner, Director and Manager for travel and stay booking, Forex etc. · Expense claim management for the team - collecting, processing and submitting claims in a timely and accurately · Managing meetings, calendars, organizing meetings and presentations for the office of Partner / practice tea   Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Bachelor of Business Administration Experience Secretary / Admin 2+ years What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Eigenständige Kontierung, Prüfung und Freigabe der Eingangsrechnungen, sowie Pflege der Lieferantenkonten, Abstimmung von Konten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller externen und internen Richtlininen im kompletten S2P Prozess Second Level Support für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen bei allen Fragen zum Thema Kreditorenbuchhaltung, sowie unserer Shared Service Center Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Payables Bereich Die Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben rundet das Aufgabengebiet ab   Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.   Dein Skillset Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium sowie mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Kreditoren-Buchhaltung Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und sicheres sowie freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen, Proaktivität und Umsetzungsstärke sowie solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP Kenntnisse.
