Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.          Job Description for Manager in Value Creation: Revenue & Growth Value Creation (PE & Corporate Focus) Support and deliver growth-oriented value creation initiatives including revenue improvement, pricing optimization, and commercial excellence Execute pricing analyses including discount optimization, price realization, and value-based pricing frameworks Analyze commercial levers across customer segments, product mix, and channel performance Support GTM strategy refinement through market sizing, segmentation, and route-to-market assessments Identify opportunities for margin improvement through mix and pricing interventions Translate analyses into actionable recommendations linked to revenue, EBITDA, and cash outcomes   Cost & Operational Value Creation (PE & Corporate Focus) Own and deliver workstreams within value creation and transformation programs across PE portfolio companies and corporate performance improvement initiatives Lead ODD workstreams and performance diagnostics, covering cost structures, margin drivers, and operational performance Identify, quantify, and execute value creation levers (cost take-out, pricing, productivity, working capital) Support M&A lifecycle activities, including synergy identification & tracking, carve-outs, and integration tracking Build and review financial models, standalone cost models, and business cases Drive cost transformation and operational efficiency initiatives across SG&A, procurement, and operations Execute process optimization and productivity improvement programs Track initiatives to ensure realization of EBITDA and cash benefits Support development and execution of 100-day plans, turnaround strategies, and transformation roadmaps Deliver analysis and insights on working capital, capex, and cash flow optimization   Financial & Operational Analysis Develop robust financial models (revenue, EBITDA, cost benchmarking, unit economics) Conduct peer benchmarking and performance diagnostics Translate data into actionable insights and value creation plans Support development of 100-day plans and transformation roadmaps   Project & Stakeholder Management Manage project execution including planning, tracking, and delivery timelines Act as a key interface with onshore teams and clients Work closely with Senior Managers/Directors on hypothesis development and storyline building Review team outputs to ensure quality, insight, and client readiness   Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead teams of Consultants, providing guidance and quality reviews Support capability building in value creation toolkits and methodologies Drive best practice sharing and development of reusable assets (playbooks, templates)   Key Requirements Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) preferred Experience: ~10-12 years in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Strategy Strong experience in ODD, value creation, cost optimization, or business performance improvement Advanced skills in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis Exposure to M&A lifecycle, carve-outs, or integration is a plus Strong communication and stakeholder management skills       EY | Building a better working world    EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.     Enabled by data and technology, diverse EY teams in over 150 countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform and operate.     Working across assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax and transactions, EY teams ask better questions to find new answers for the complex issues facing our world today.
