This role combines data analysis, solution design, and implementation support. You will work with stakeholders to assess existing compensation plans, identify gaps, and implement incentive frameworks aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to building scalable assets and supporting practice growth initiatives.  Your Key Responsibilities   Client Engagement & Delivery Support sales incentive transformation engagements from assessment through implementation. Analyse current-state compensation structures, incentive plans, quotas, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Assist in designing sales incentive plans aligned to business goals, sales roles, and performance drivers. Develop models to simulate plan performance, payout curves, and cost implications under different scenarios. Support implementation of incentive management processes, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms. Assist in the configuration or deployment of incentive compensation management tools where applicable. Prepare documentation including incentive plan rules, process flows, and calculation logic for implementation and audit purposes. Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables across project workstreams.   Technology & Analytics Leverage analytics to evaluate plan effectiveness, sales performance, and ROI on incentive spend. Support use of automation and tools for incentive calculation, reporting, and performance tracking.   Business Development Support Support proposal development, RFP responses, and creation of client-ready materials related to sales effectiveness and incentive management. Contribute to development of reusable models, accelerators, and thought leadership assets Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.   Skills and attributes for success Ideally, you’ll also Have experience or exposure to incentive compensation tools and platforms, quota setting, territory design, sales performance management, and CRM and sales analytics solutions   What we look for 5+ years of experience in sales operations, incentive compensation, sales analytics, or consulting. Experience in designing or analysing incentive plans and sales compensation structures. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
