You will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and minimizing attrition rates through demos, customized suggestions, communicating feature values, troubleshooting, etc. for the Renewals IQ program. You will be responsible for ensuring that targeted at-risk customers are vetted, engaged, and provided with tailored solutions to enhance their experience and promote renewal success. Qualifications Experience working within the Salesforce architecture Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADMIN201), or other Salesforce certifications equivalent experience Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology Minimum of 4 years of professional experience; bachelors degree preferred Demonstrated skill in Customer Support or Customer Service in a customer-facing role. Role Description The Global Technology Partnerships team is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Emerging Technology Product Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to develop extensibility, partnership and monetization strategies, explore new partnership models, and foster new strategic partnerships to incubate new ISV ecosystems for our emerging technology like Data Cloud and Einstein Copilot. A Senior Solution Consultant is a key member of the Salesforce Spiff Professional Services team and is responsible for the translation of a customer’s business and technical requirements into a comprehensive solution. Senior Solution Consultants are experienced customer consultants with good social skills and broad business, technical, and industry knowledge. They help define and take full ownership of the proposed solution to meet the technical requirements of the client. The Solution Consultant works with Spiff Project Managers, Spiff Solutions Architects, and other Spiff Solutions Consultants (among others) to ensure a timely and fully functioning Spiff integration and project deployment, and may also work as part of a broader team on multi-cloud engagements. They are capable of driving difficult conversations and removing roadblocks to implement the business strategies.
