The Center was established out of the concern of the Academy for the SMEs sector. The Center works as an incubator for these enterprises to encourage the youth, students, and homemakers to establish their projects. It performs feasibility studies for such projects, enlarges them, and offers consultancy helping them get bank loans, arrange for outside collaterals, and execute necessary training programs where the Academy cooperates with local, regional, and international institutions.
