HAS University of Applied Sciences is the best educational and expertise Centre in the Southern Netherlands for the agrifood and environment sectors, with two sites: Den Bosch and Venlo. We are currently ranked the 2nd best medium-sized University of Applied Sciences (according to keuzegids.org) in the Netherlands. We currently have over 450 employees, 3,000 students, and 300 participants in professional courses. The dynamic triangle of students, lecturers, and business forms the core of our activities.

The Teaching and Examination Regulations (TER) cover all kinds of information regarding the education we offer at HAS University of Applied Sciences and how it is examined. It applies to all of the full-time bachelor degree programs at HAS University of Applied Sciences.

Elsevier’s ‘Best Studies’ survey, which was officially published on Thursday 29 September, has named HAS University of Applied Sciences as the best University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Out of 10 HAS University of Applied Sciences study programs assessed, seven were awarded an above-average rating by their students. The remaining 3 received an average rating. Elsevier and research institute ResearchNed surveyed for the 22nd time this year.
